I hope there will be Diesel versions for Northern one day. I already know the Class 195s are for the Northern Connect and Class 170s are for the Sheffield-Hull/Bridlington/Scarborough Express. I’m thinking of replacing the Class 150, 153, 155 & 156 with 2, 3 & 4 coach DMU Aventras.
Also when talking to a crossrail engineer during a of the open days, the class 345 has backup batteries in case the power supply fails, maybe all aventras have this?
Very nice video. I’m excited to see the Class 720s coming into service. Network Rail still needs to finish off replacing the overhead wires at Prittlewell and at Southend Victoria. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Rail_Class_720
If you live near am empty unmanned station or a footbridge or level crossing you can trainspot. And to be safe stand 2 metres as he did with the other person
These have different motors to the 345s hmm
Wow thanks for this mate looks really cool thank you I liked
Great video. ☺️
Nice one from prittywell.
Great video
Very nice video of new class 720 train can't wait for these to enter service hopefully after lockdown
Same here these are rather nice and one of the better Aventras but still prefer 321s
@@GreaterAngliaFanClass321 yh 321s are good

I'm not sure if Bombardier will build Diesels anymore but might be wrong, only time will tell
@@GreaterAngliaFanClass321 i live on this line lmao
@@GreaterAngliaFanClass321 they supposedly planned a bi mode version they can go 125mph.
Not such if they got an orders, or if it its going ahead.
And by bi mode , is that battery or diesel?

Brilliant video! Nice to see more about now
Thanks
6 month's later they began service on southend to london and 5. Months later their now reaching Ipswich
321 days are getting short now
This train is being tested now, please do not board.
Why no white LED lights?
The lights were on
These have slightly different lights compared to the 345 and 710.

When is the first one going to come into service, any estimations?
Unsure but my guess somepoint this year
JKMDodger1998. Photography how long do you think it will take to replace all class 321, 360 trains.
@@user-do2rj4sf8j all depends how quickly the 720s comes

Mr Athavan need to be tested bro
Jay Spotter ok
This train is now being tested? Do not board the Train? Out of my way!
It’s gonna be sad when the class 321s are gonna be replaced
Definitely as I grew up with the 321s from a young age
Hello there is a crisis going on you should be nowhere near a train station Do you want COVID-19
Right listen, the station is quiet, I was on my own and I did Not travel and kept 2 metres away from passengers
Your more likely to catch covid at a hospital or a packed supermarket compared to an almost empty train station
