Id first suggest asking your PT :) Sorry, I wouldn't be able to guide you in the way you need. but id always say use pain as your guide.. if it hurts, stop.
Hey man I’m 1 week post op patellar tendon for complete tare of my ACL. I had a trip planned for this summer to go down south.... if I go away for a month away from my PHuwidal therapist, are there still lots of ways I can do solo PT while traveling that will be effective as well
Look up the recent research on sham surgery and meniscal repairs. I'll give you the synopsis... You do just as well with sham surgery as you do with the real surgery. You don't need it 99% of the time.
Hey Petr, I am actually doing very good. I mean I still get stiff sometimes after overuse, but I do Crossfit now and mountian bike.. I guess I just pick my battles. I stopped trail running which sucks, but I still am very active and dont seem to notice anything bad happening.
@@johnyy5165 honestly, it doesn't feel the best. Basically just bone on bone rubbing. I will trail run but it's not my main activity like it used to be.

Of course man, there's a ton of strengthening you can do on your own.
did you get surgery on your meniscus? im trying to decide to go in and clean it mine up with scope surgery...

Hey man, I'd have to say it took awhile.. like full flexion with strength didnt come until week 10+.. flextion for me happened pretty quick though.
