When he talked about his mother's love, i felt the sting. I think she'd already passed when this was shot. The poor man. He truly was strong for such an emotional driven person. I admire him.
I am not that good, but I am beginning to get into drawing, and watching these makes me realize how different painting and drawing can be. I draw thin lines based off of strict perspective rules and technique, while he just used the texture of a 2 inch brush to make something incredible. I'm sure there is a bit more to it than that, but it does make you realize that detail is not always necessary.
That's a huge fundamental of art in general. Not really that it's unnecessary, but that there are natural laws at work that you can use in your own art as you graduate to filling out those drawings with color and depth.
This show makes me happy but totally sad too. Its just...the little squirrel is dead...Bob is in heaven with it....he passed away before i was even born...Ive never lived in the same world as he did...

I lovely little squirrel at the beginning of the episode really made my day today. It was so nice seeing Bob holding an animal it's been a while. Painting wise, I feel like this painting was lacking a lot in the middle, but I had a A lot of nice things going on with it with the golden highlights on the bushes and the cute little cabin along with the blue frosted Pinetree's. Having said, like I said before I felt like there could be more in the middle, Be at more bushes or trees or a path. Yes that's what happens when you take some time in the episode to show a creature ^^ _* I hope you enjoyed reading my Happy Little Review~*_
