And all videos has no ads so we can fully enjoy uninterrupted Bob Ross talking to us

My understanding is that he didn't really make any money out of the TV show. It was always a sort of long-form advertisement for his painting school and shop. He was really a painting teacher that just happened to do television demonstrations rather than a TV painter who also taught.
@@oceandark3044 es verdad, el nunca ganó nada con su programa, los videos tengo entendido que estan monetizados pero la plata va para los familiares de bob
Yes 🙏🙏
Little bit of black and blue... Or blue and black, it doesn't matter.
He is just so damn genuine and warm and even makes it funny. That is a rare gift. God was having a good day when he made Bob Ross.
What about his parents?
(Imagination running wild, creatively..)
Mom & Dad lived in the happy little clouds that they made from the happy little trees. In all their joy & happiness..they knew right away, without liquid white - they created a happy little accident. And, they all lived happily ever after!! - With unlimited abundance of love, purpose, peace, prosperity & mountains of happy memories.
Thank you Bob, Steve, PBS & ALL the management team, staff & film directors - & RUclips - who continue to keep Bob present, for everyone to continue to enjoy these relaxing painting tutorials. When I look out my window and see big colorful clouds floating above me, I know that Bob is nearby. Thank you. Love to you Bob & I miss you Steve. 💗
Also Bob Ross: “That’s how I look when I talk back to my wife.”
His parents were having a good day when they did "the deed"

Mr. Bob Ross, I pray I meet you in heaven one day. You are awesome!!
I would say “you’re gonna be disappointed”, but,...... you’ll be dead! So trust me, you won’t be.
@@drumrocka some people just dont have the same beliefs you do, that nothing happens after death, there is some doctors that have turned to Christianity because of things they have witnessed after people die and then the ones they save, so many of them say the same things, plus the ones that have had the near death experiences themselves
I hope so too friend. God bless you a d your heart. Stay strong friend
This is Bob and I look forward to meeting you too sir.
You're not bob, you're mike! Liar!
I found this in the middle of a bad night for myself. But somehow his kind, soft and assuring voice just helped me so much - much more than I thought anything would. I'm not suddenly better, not at all, but I feel more confident that I can grt through this night.
Thank you, Bob Ross, and may you rest in peace.
fraya1022 hope you're doing better than you were at the time of writing this!
He makes you kind of feel like you're not all alone.
Even when he's been gone 23 years.
Michelle M please don’t make me cry right now, that would be quite inconvenient.
He does the same for me. I don't paint but his manner and voice are calming and positive.
He is a wonder for his art and his calming effect.
He would no doubt be over the moon to know he and helped you in a tough time.
fraya1022 I hope you are doing better now.

I love the sound the knife makes when it scrapes the canvas and when Bob mixes paint on the pallet, the knife is awesome!
You should look up his knife Only special, atleast I'm pretty sure he did a 90% Knife painting.
same dude, and when he shows the little roll of paint
It’s ASMR
Agreed it’s an amazing sound
I love watching bob ross because I can learn from him and mabey learn how to paint like him
*“You have to make friends with your equipment”* , I don't know why, but that melted my heart
make love to the canvas, soft, very gentle... god damm Bob
6:37 Don't forget - followed by "now then, we wanna 'FLUFF' these clouds." LOLOL
LMAO...that's what I was gonna say...Bob is a ladies man...my hero Bob is a panty dropper...
lol
Directions unclear, dick caught in easel. There's liquid white everywhere. Send help
I'm laughing my living ass off. So glad others caught this innuendo
Watching Bob paint it's so therapeutic

Almost thirty years since his passing and Bobs videos continue to amaze and entertain millions of his admirers around the world.Rip Mr.Ross.We will always miss you.
Amen
This is what i watch when I struggle with sleep... god! his voice is so soothing, and his paintings is just so marvelous that you could stare at them for hours on end!
It's even more impressive he can paint these kinds of amazing landscapes inside of a black room.
lol That little growl when he was showing how to pull the paint flat with the knife at 7:42 was adorable.
one30am sounds like a Minecraft villager 😂
He’s too innocent to growl any bigger 😇
Minecraft villager
Oh wait I just realized someone already had that idea rip
the shadows and highlights on the mountains always amaze me. it's absolutely amazing how I see these two different colours on the palette, but when they go on the canvas, it just seems so natural. it looks like its real. I don't even know how to describe it.
Bob's technique is a mastery of *fooling what the human eye sees!* It takes a person that is very observant of what they see in nature. The natural world is tricky- things are not actually what they appear to be from a distance. That's the key to Bob's mastery.
he paints mountains that are better than real mountains
He made a world better than ours

Bob Ross is one of the few people who can calm my agitated spirit. RIP my brother.
Everybody has to have a friend...this makes me more emotional than it should.
Rest in Piece Bob Ross... your voice hair and paintings will forever be missed😢
he makes his painting so simple, yet it's still hard to create
Cocaine Toenail actually it's really the opposite if you listen to what he saying thought the entire series
i'm replying to your reply because there is no "give gold" button and i want to convey the feelings of enjoyment i experience when i read your reply
Follow his techniques, observe the tools he uses and how he holds them to the canvas, be kind to yourself, and you can create your own Bob Ross masterpiece... it is easy when you know how! I've taken several Bob Ross classes with a certified instructor and have seen students who have NEVER created any art in their life, come in, sit down to their easel and canvas, take up their brushes and paint palette, and by the end of class, they leave with their new, self-painted masterpiece... suitable for hanging in their homes!
@@Titan52berg wow...
I always get so mesmerized by how he makes such realistic and beautiful mountains in just a couple of seconds.
Each time I think this is my favourite painting and then the next one blows my mind even more 😮
I don't paint, in fact I hate it.
Yet, somehow, if I'm panicking about my future or something watching Bob Ross just makes me think "You know what...everything's alright."
Not that I hate painters. People who can do it have my praise, in fact my sister paints pretty commonly. It's just not for me.
Get a drawing tablet and download Krita or you could try with mouse. Doesn't waste money on canvas and you have all the colors of the rainbow and can reverse your mistakes aswell as no messy paint.
maybe youcan help artists to get canvases, buy them work so you help little Bob Ross to be living in this world :) If you are panicking,i think Bob would advice you to go for a walk in a forest, see animals and hug a tree.. or plant trees if they are not enough! :)
revisiting all this now. him and Bill Alexander. during covid i just stayed home and painted hundreds of wet on wet paintings. it really got me thru. i kept several, and even sold one. but one that im very proud of is my very first one i attempted. i keep it hanging up in my garage always. its so crappy, but man-i gave it a shot, and then i just kept going and learning and then eventually they started looking good. i dont paint anymore these days. but its great to know that its always out there, waiting for me when im ready again. the unjudging, loving canvas is my friend, and will always there for me if i need it. thanks Bob and Bill.
Every Bob Ross video seems like a journey. You start with a blank canvas, nothing, but by the end you have something beautiful, and it is such a special journey because of Bob himself
I just... I just fucking love how it looks when he's painting those mountains...
+plaugish
Yeah, I know. I wish someone would make a compilation video of him just painting different mountains.
I like that we all came here with a positive attitude...that´s Bob´s real legacy
Ross practically puts me to sleep. The godfather of ASMR.
The guy is a Genius, i remember watching him in the 80s at about 3am in the morning before i went to bed, love to watch a legend, you can learn a lot from watching a professional... 👍Thumbs Up👍 Smashed the 🔔Bell🔔
so much beauty in so few colors
zix elix a lot fewer then usual
Getting back into art during the coronavirus. I remember Bob Ross as a kid ( I'm 52). It's amazing what he can do in a 1/2 hr- would love to see some work with intricate detail, no time constraints. RIP.
Of all of his paintings with mountains, this one in particular has to have the best shading between the light and dark contour.
Also the one with background mtns and a treed island with mist. My fave one. 🗻
@@udsmall7306 i feel like the "treed island" youre talking about is the "island in the wilderness", but which "background mtns"? he did infinite paintings with mountains.
12hrs ago, and i found this hidden in a 5year old comment
@@hnitsua ugh I'm confused- "IITW" *does* show the treed island painting on the freezed intro...but then it's a different painting in the actual video! 🤯
I'm fuzzy today- tried to use Bob to sleep last night- ended up *watching all night instead!* I've got problems. 🤦🥴😖😞
@@udsmall7306 it should never be a problem to be addicted to bob ross. i painted way too many of his landscapes, i should make my own
When I need a genuine smile on my face, I watch me a Bob Ross. Surprised he didnt melt all the snow in Alaska with his warm voice and demeanor.
I absolutely love this painting. Rugged cold frozen mountains with a small cabin. Amazing

I wish I could look into the hearts of the 124 people who don't love this and see why they can't stand beautiful positive paintings by an awesome man.
I have horrible anxiety. Panic attacks will happen at random. Between Bob Ross. And the Crafsman show/steady crafting. Helps keep it under control
They will help my friend
I know so many people have said this, but he is so adept at painting realistic mountains; remarkable.
Whenever I’m stressed or anxious I watch on of his videos and his soft happy voice always helps me feel better. Also does anyone else feel like he is almost talking specificity to you? Love you Bob Ross RIP
Bob is the best every painting is a masterpiece.
Always a good day when Bob paints something.
This was my favorite episode. Those mountains just flow right out of that knife *AMAZING* !!!

Just imagine what the world would be like if every single person was as joyous, optimistic and calm as Bob Ross. He makes me feel like I could do just about anything.
I wonder how long it took for him to figure out this mountain technique. It is absolutely mind blowing.
Nathan King he learned from W. Alexander, another t.v. artist.
Bob Ross does his best work in Alaska, in the Winter... Absolutely phenomenal! Looks just like a photograph.
One of my favourite winter scenes!
the way he painted the water, flawless
I would love to have seen Bob Ross's paintings of the landscapes of Middle Earth.
Bob was really in the zone for this one. His voice is at his best, so warm and cuddly it verges on seductive. He seems rested and inspired. They'd tape multiple shows in a day, maybe this one was after an awesome lunch.
Was falling asleep watching this, Bob has such a soothing voice.
This is definitely one of my favorite ones. I love those mountains and that sky
Season 13 has the best sound and the best voice.
"Shoot, I love water. I'm just a water fanatic."

Yo
Yep I'm here. Love watching him.
One of the things I love about this technique is when you pull the paint when doing the mountain slopes. When you get it right, it's a great feeling. Well, for me at any rate :D
Anyone relate to playing a Bob Ross video to fall asleep, and then you start to doze off but then something wakes you up and in a couple of minutes he has already transformed the canvas into a masterpiece.
I loosely followed this for my first ever landscape painting, and it turned out pretty good!
i tried painting along to this, and his steps really helped.
This is my favorite episode i love the name of the painting. Frozen Solitude. The painting is beautiful and i feel like it reflects my soul. It depicts my love for snow and the gloomy winter. Makes me feel peace and despair🌨️❄️
The most crazy part about this painting was that it was created with six colors.
Only a special sort of person can take a thing that is so utterly complex, and make it so simple and beautiful...his passing was a major loss for humanity
He could have stopped at the first minutes and still be a masterpiece
I have had the most stressful day but Bob Ross always makes me feel calm
Whos scrolling and reading the comments while listening?
First I watch the entire video, then run it again and scroll through the comments
Bob Ross was a genuine good man. May he RIP.
*So realistic one can almost jump into this scene*
Rip Bob. Nice winter painting. I got my winter coat on. Brrrrr 🥶🥶🥶
Thank you, Bob. We miss ya, man!
He makes me irrationally happy
I swear, this man was too pure for this world.
That could go straight on a water bottle
One of the best looking paintings from ROSS.....

+TheBeastMan12 3 yep he died of cancer
Back in the 90s.
I would've loved to have seen Bob paint the Blue Ridge Mountains. Everytime I'm driving through the New River Valley and look up it's all I can think about.
I would've liked to see him do the mountains where I live- the Oregon Cascades. 🗻 Also would've been neat to see his version of Hokusai's "36 Views of Mt. Fuji" 🗻🗾
he makes everybody think they can paint .. he always makes me numb for 25 minutes. cant move cant blink cant take my eyes off the screen .. genius arts
I think I got this. Lemme just take a canvas and some paint. Oh wait, Liquid Hwhite!!!???
Certainly glad to join Bob
I miss you Bob.
Bob Ross' voice is more calming and relaxing than even Morgan Freeman's. And Bob Ross was really a teacher to the end. What a great loss that he departed 25 years ago.
You know shit is going down when he whips out the Prussian Blue :)
Those mountains are so good.
Am I the only one who just listens to him to fall asleep and pays no attention to his painting 🤔
Painting is not for you.
Make what now to the canvas?, ohhhh magic hwhite!!, High level perversion. Damn sir Ross! Didn’t know you loved to paint so passionately.
