    2:22 absolutely agree, 😊
I'm not planning to run a marathon nor am I planning to be a bodybuilder.
If only we took running seriously as strength training and just focus on form, breathing and heart rate. You feel great and will befit all other areas in your life.
    My running routine
Focus on Zone 2 and MAF just for 20min
    - add hill sprints and intervals once week (progressive overload)
    - 1 long run (5k-10k)
    Option
    a) steady Z2 or MAF
    b) Mix speed play
I got into running because gyms closed. I have to admit it was easy because I had the strength to run but decided to view some RUclips running channels to prevent injury.
I decided that will focus more on Heart rate rather then pace because I'm not getting ready for any races (still thinking about it😅)
My favorite thing that I put into perspective was zone 2 training is advanced walking while MAF is a thought full jog 😅. This what keeps me going and its been a great tool reach your step goals with care.
Running channel that got me started and still inspired me

Keep up the great content, its really cool you guys discover running same as I did. I use to be only lifting and marital arts and use to believe running was bad for your knees 😁

You should strengthen your back then get back onto it cos it’s super beneficial, try some of the atg stuff it helped my knees, lower back was good anyways but it’s gotten stronger too
