So I don't know if Jay will read this but it's a memory I want to share that I was in Nice over Easter 2000 and I hire a mercedes for the weekend and I get this insane desire to listen to Canned Heat whilst I drive around Monaco and the Riviera in this huge car so I notice the car only has a cassette player so I am schlepping around all the music shops in Nice trying to find the cassette of the album or even the cassette single and I gets lucky and get the album on tape so I am driving around the Riviera with the windows down and the car stereo on full volume playing Canned Heat and it is loud and everyone is looking at the car and luckily it's the first track on the tape so it's play rewind play rewind play rewind for hour after hour and the song sounds different every time I swear I was hearing new bits on each play so that's my memory of that weekend and thank you Jay

I used to dance all over central Scotland, but my CPN & family stopped me, as to not put me in harms way, as I was getting a lot of nasty feedback. Then it grew to talking with other people with mental health or neurodivergent issues, as they would come up to me & want to talk.
