You did such a great job! The difference between kashmiri chili powder and regular is regular chili powder is much more spicier. Kashmir is used mostly for color .

Very FUN video! YES, great idea to make cooking videos of your favorite foods. I love seeing you cook. Make a video sorting your spices in glass containers bc I need ideas for my spices.
You can call ghee just ghee. Ghee butter sounds like clarified butter butter 💀 just like some people say chai tea?? They're basically saying tea tea
you should make some authentic Mexican tacos with homemade tortillas! they're very easy to make.

Hi Steph, great cooking! The Kashmiri chilli powder is known to give more color and spiciness compared to the regular ones.
Try making it with basmati rice next time! I’ve never made the sauce, always bought it in the jar. I will have to try making it homemade!Trader Joe’s sells garlic nan in the frozen section and it looks exactly the same!
That’s the rice i used !! Oh I’ll have to get the naan from Trader Joe’s next time i go!😍

In India they try these items either with roti/paratha or with rice, but never together. But there is no rule, butter chicken is a north Indian dish and its usually served with roti/naan/paratha. Loved ur cooking ❤
