Finally got to watch the whole video. Video and sound seem good. Hard to say for sure I watch every video at 1.5 speed or more depending on how slow people talk.
I’m also on the Keto diet. I don’t have a whole lot to lose but I’d definitely like you keep us updated on your Keto situation. Maybe review some gear that has to do with cooking a Keto meal or the meal itself. Always fun. Glad to have you back. I hope you find yourself in better health!!!!

Glad you're back. Have you maybe thought about some pain patches.. or rather pain relief patches.? I have a very destroyed back and it helps. So glad you're back. The sound is great. I have a 4k Camera now too. Although I am using a lav mic but it doesn't sound as good as yours.

I didn't even know there was such a long break in videos because I'm a new subscriber and have a back log of content to watch haha. Lucky me. I have gone through 5 job locations in the last 7 years and the family atmosphere eventually comes. It just takes time. Usually about a year for me. 12 pounds in less than 2 weeks is significant. That's more than double what the CDC recommends. Be careful sir, but congrats.
Glad to see that you're OK Fred. Friday night has not been the same without you. I have a couple of bad discs myself so I know how that is. Got a 2018 Cherokee High Altitude last year with all the bells and whistles so I know how the Jeep love is too. Hope to see you back on a regular basis soon but in your own time. As the old Billy Joel song says, "Do what's good for you or you're not good for anybody." We'll all still be here when you're ready. ATB Doug.
