firstly, he doesn’t underrated at all, secondly he didn’t released a damn single in the last 2 years, so no it’s not hard to imagine it.
@@balgaalbert he is not underrated? Look at his numbers man, he makes better music than 40% of the edm scene and still has poor numbers compared to them. We can agree that in the last 2 years brooks socials and discography have been dead, but he’s been underrated for years
We need a longer challenge. Imagine what he could do in a 3 or 5 hour challenge!

14:54-14:59 A small tip for Brooks, instead of individually going through each piano roll and adjusting the notes, you can simply select all the "Pattern 1", "Pattern 2" etc. blocks (on the left of the playlist), right click, select "transpose", then type - or + whatever number you want to transpose the notes by. So you can move all the notes in the project up or down by the same amount, even whilst playing the song, so you can instantly and quickly hear the change.
Holy shit man......Spent more than 5 years on this software and I never knew we can transpose a whole pattern....Thanks man
Man thx for illuminating, I also gave a tip to a pro fl user lately, it's so fun to see how every one of us knows different things about the DAW but what Brooks did is more practical imo. I wouldn't prefer to type +12, -3 etc. As for transposing 'octaves' I especially find very practical, going into piano roll, select all and ctrl + up/down arrow keys. You may also do same for semitones shift + up/down but I'm doing same w Brooks w my mouse :D
But your tip could be useful in a crowded complex arrangement track I guess.

Good to see him back active again. He revealed a Thyroid disorder or smth along with other health concerns during covid and was off radar. He was inactive on socials too. I'm very happy to see him active again.
Sick to see he came back to do this a second time. His first episode was my favourite in the series. Hopefully the second of many more to come.

Just a quick tip for brooks hitting Ctrl+b duplicates whatever selected both in piano roll and arranger.
The final result is unreal for only having 1 hour 🔥 Excited for what Brooks has in store for 2022
I like this drop better than the first one! the vocal sample they made you use though is weird. Keep it up man! can't wait for your next releases

So far out of all the guest on the Slam challenge..Brooks just knows how to Slam it. May be cause he also mastered all the short cuts to FL studio. Great stuff...learnt alot from his methods. 👍
