These coaching mafias will only tell u about toughness, spiritually, etc. .

I agree he has a great knowledge about history but he is one of those teacher who misguide and glorify ias officers job to a level that it become obsession for students
In one of his video"he said ias ki phoch itni hoti h ki aap khi phone kro sab chodke aapke peeche aayege"
I respect him as a teacher but the way he doesn't talk practically is not good.

First of all, If you are in a private job, you must not be jealous of the power and positions offered by these Gov jobs. Bcs every job has its own charm and utilities. If he said smthng like this about IAS, he is absolutely true. Go and give a look on their daily work profile. And Coming to the Pvt jobs, he said abt the job only where employees work as corporate slaves. There are a lot of Pvt jobs that are far better than gov jobs (definitely not civil service).

First of all every job has own pros and cons
Being an ias officer has lot of pros but who will tell about cons
Frequent transfers
Staying away from family
Even if u r not corrupt but the perception of you being corrupt is high among masses as they think every offical is corrupt
Who will talk about work load
Who will talk about the influence of ministers
Who will talk about the days when cm will be visitimg some locality and you just have to bs around him like you said corporate slaves you will be his slave
And talking about corporate life leave everything aside you have this perception about people working in mnc god knows what you think about those who begg,riksha pullers etc you should definitely fail in ethics
And yes corporate life is way too work loaded ,but if talking about perks financial growth is way too high in corporate sector
So just highlightimg the cons of just one profession and pros of one will not take u anywhere
People who have genuinely prepared for this exam know that all that glitters is not gold
It's high time we should know about failure stories as well😊

How easy for people to demonize the labourers(Majdoor)? Time and again people, very easily, bring in the discourse of majdoor whenever they have to enter in the motivational space. And the way they bring in the comparision and contrast it appears as if Labourers have no worth in this country. They are labourers not by choice but by circumstances and they are trying to raise their children through their works. And consequently, we see that now the people from the subaltern groups are also climbing the ladder of success. So, along with hard work they educate their children the worth of education as well.

But Ojha bhai i can't see that dareness or decisiveness in any of top candidates selected this year. A short talk with a media person and their answers and spontaneity goes for a toss. Are these the right aspirants or are the UPSC panel right. Why can't you take a class for the UPSC panel and show them how to select candidates.
