Just thrilling to hear this genius musician use my country's hick music so internationally. These talented people truly (I'm sorry, I have to do it...) deliver. Nice to see us contribute something enjoyable, universal & artistic beyond our boarders!
🗽Hi from New York! ...originally the boroughs, now in a part of upstate where, when it's reeeeeal quiet, you wonder if it's a banjo you hear in the distance...

An American song played by an English guy and an Indian orchestra with Indian instruments, in an Indian style. People who complain about cultural appropriation are the ones who truly hate others.

@@CristiNeaguit's fantastic when the music comes before the "world music" tag and exists because it's good. Just loving music. And playing I think, very much playing like children.

Made many advances; discover the microscopic universe, map the human genome, master the skies, create a 3D map of the planet that is constantly changing, harness the power of the atom itself. The skill on show is rediculous. People pay thousands to see a bunch of clapped out musicians play songs heard 1000000's of times (Freebird! Sandman!) when an aging surrealist comedian can whip together an ensamble piece of entertainment like this played for goofs, but also knocks your socks off. I'd go to a Judas Priest, or Black Sabbath (One last time we mean it, totally final) concert if Bill Bailey was event organiser and Compare.

Just fyi, this wasn't a sitar. This is Sarod. The look quite different, but esp if you heard them one after the other, you'd hear the difference too.

Not being funny, but there was a pub in Wolverhampton that was owned by an Indian family. They kept good beer, served great curries and the music sounded like this.....
