Nice instruction video on how to correctly utilize a ball machine. Usually I see only static moving and striking, which can develop some poor habits. Well done!
Thanks for the video. I actually suggested this a while back ;) Great drills, especially the lateral ones. I love doing ball machine drills to improve my fitness. I've been playing too many matches lately and need to get back to my ball machine. Now I have another reason to get back to it.
Pas mal d'exemples d'exercices assez sympas et exigeants physiquement. 👍 J'aurai bien voulu une image incrustée sur la vidéo avec les réglages du Slingerbag😏 Merci pour les tips.
It’s interesting when you serve with the aero plus compared to when you serve with the pure drive plus... your serve is great with that pure drive but man, the kick with the aero is insane when you do it
especially useful for beginners and amateurs to develop a consistant technique. Pros can place the ball correctly and challenge you on every other shot, but see what they do before tournaments... they get a junior or pro player to "emulate" a ball machine :)
This video helped me in trying to decide what machine I want to buy. Though I am leaning towards a slinger bag (mostly because of price), the heavy topspin only has me hesitant. Also, since a lot of the pace comes from the ball speeding up from after the bounce, it makes me think that it wont be challenging enough for practicing volleys.
Nik, can't say enough how much I appreciate this video. I've got a Hydrogen Sports Proton ball machine, and was looking for a good regimen, this will certainly do the trick. Looks exhausting but that's what I'm looking for! Thank you.
Great drills! I will try some of your drills tomorrow! It would be greatly helpful if you can share different settings for each drill (angle, ball speed, and feed speed) I also have the slinger bag.
If you study players with one handed backhands, you note that they all have exquisite backhand slices: Steffi, Roger, Kuerten, Henin. Secret is mixing slice and top spin on the backhand. Judging each ball on its merits and not trying to drive everything
The internet has been HEAVILY advertising thst machine to me. These look like really great drills! Do you think it's worth is for a beginner, or should I keep focusing on the swing fundamentals? I've been rewatcing your videos and im blowing my friends away now when we play.
Your videos are amazing. Glad I found this channel. I’m looking to buy a ball machine, can’t find where or which brand makes the best ones. The one you’re using looks very good, can you suggest some models to look for or a link? Thanks in advance.
The slinger machine looks like it was on medium setting not saying his is not set to highest setting but even on medium setting it really kicks with lots of topspin
Nik, at 3:36, were you using an eastern forehand grip for the forehand volley? If not, I don't understand how the racket head during the initial lag can face the far right corner of the court. Can you please explain? Thanks.
@@IntuitiveTennis thanks for your reply. Your videos help me a lot! I took your advice about the string and tension and my arms feel better now. Much appreciated! Best wishes!
Nik, any thoughts on the Slinger vs the Spinshot or other machines that have top/neutral/back spin? After watching this video I was set on buying a slinger, especially given the great price, but after reading and watching some reviews, I became concerned with the unrealistic level of top spin at higher speed settings, and was thinking of going with a Spinshot player. On the other hand, if it's good enough for you, I figure it is good enough for a recreational player like myself.
Hey Nick! question: what balls do you recommend for the slinger machine? and F$%K the heaters behind the keyboard... I very much appreciate all the great content you put out. it really has helped me :)
I'm shopping around for a ball machine. I see you are using the Slinger bag, which has a max speed of 45 mph. I see other, more expensive machines that reach max speeds of 85 mph. Do you think it's worth it to get those faster machines for slightly more? Is there a reason why you chose the Slinger bag over the Spinshot Pro / Lobster / Sports Tutor?

Thank you. Any suggestion on how many ball strikes per shot? Gets exhausting very fast!
@@bhuvneshaiims do as many as you can.
Thanks!

Nice drills. Will do these drills when my slinger arrive
Nice drills!!! Also the ball machine looks very new!!
Great ideas, many thanks for sharing, expecting my slinger this week, can’t wait.

Awesome drills Nick! Love them! Thank you for sharing!🎈
Thank you Natachi

How's your machine working out for you? Do you mind sharing your experience with it? Any pros and cons?

I also have the slinger bag.
Thank you. I set mine on full blast (turning all knobs all the way to right). Adjust it according to your comfort level
I hope that I’ll have it somehow because I could go training everyday with it and greatly improve my game
Thank you so much for the video!
Good job man!👍💪👏🔥🎾And Good morning!🌞
can you do a review of the slinger bag?
Hi Nikola! Great video. Can I ask for your settings? I’m also using the slinger bag. Thanks
Full blast 💥
Great suggestions, but what are the settings on the Slinger bag for each routine? Thanks and keep up the excellent work

Question on the slinger bag… do you recommend getting the oscillation attachment or not?
Awesome video, would you mind sharing the settings of the machine. Thx!
Thank you, I always set mine on full blast

Yes, but I meant angle and speed settings
@@IntuitiveTennis yes, but I meant angle and speed settings
This slinger machine is every where in these days! :-D
Maurizio DeNapoli they send them one to advertise
Yes I guess that! Not only to this channel but to some other tubers...Great marketing strategy.
@@ProfessorBoooty You don't say!
Hi Nick great video! Do you think Slinger is it good ball machine for advanced players 4.5+?

Continental grip always
Just what I was looking for! Sadly, the ball machine always wins in the end! haha
Thanks for the video! May I ask what kind of ball you are using with tennis machine? Are they pressureless balls or pressurized balls? Thanks a lot!
Regular balls

Not familiar with spinshot. This one is very practical

I prefer older balls for the slinger

Is that the new Slinger ball machine?
I have the same Slinger bag ball machine. Do you have to wait for the balls to launch at times?
I do
Nick, if you could only have 1, which would you pick: a great practice wall or a ball machine?
Wall
@@IntuitiveTennis Totally agree! I had a ball machine and a great tall practice wall, and I was always going for the wall instead.
@@IntuitiveTennis Thanks for your honesty! Could you briefly explain why?
What is the name and Modellnumber of the ball machine?
Are you using a slinger?
@2:39 - “Let there be light!”
Coach, this new teniss machine right? How was your experience, do you recommend it?
It’s very practical
@@IntuitiveTennis thanks
I’m just gonna practice the backspin volleys
How beneficial do you think a ball machine is when u are starting out to improve and get better?,
Better than not playing
👍
👋👋👋👋👋👋👋🙌🙌🙌
Sadly my ball machine is not accurate, the balls come long, short, high and low all on the same setting.
Different types of balls in the machine can make this happen
yes that’s true but I always use the same type, Wilson Trainers
🤷🏻♂️
Oh, you think I have access to a ball machine.. that's cute! Must be nice to own one.. 🙄
Thanks!
THANK YOU GISELLA. ❤️
