  • Hey, guys! In this video, I give a shoutout - a verbal love letter, if you will - to all the men who show their vulnerability and allow themselves to cry. From Tyrese to Big Sean, many men are now shedding the “tough guy” facade and finding catharsis is showing emotions. It’s a beautiful sight to see, it’s been a long time coming… and I am so here for it!
    Enjoy! ♥️

Agreed. I have a son and navigating a black man path in this country is hard, frustrating, and heartbraking... we must, as wives, sisters, mothers, friends allow our men the space to show hurt, regrets and sadness. It is clinically good for the soul.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Having a good cry and being able to fully release is definitely good for the body and soul. 👍🏾♥️

Happy Sunday Dolce !👼🏽 Society has this stigma when a man cries its a sign of weakness . Beginning early childhood little boys were told not to cry (or your labeled a sissy) but fail to realize that little boys will eventually grow up to become men who will be reluctant or hesitant to display their true feelings. Crying is a way to express emotions, a release factor that helps to relieve stress, emotional turmoil, and it helps to open the door to communication. Its good to see men like Tyrese and Big Sean shed the "tough guy" image. Hopefully other will do likewise.

Happy Sunday, Sandra! 🌞 Amen and AMEN to every word you said! Yes, it’s so refreshing to see men cry and show their emotions. More need to let go and follow suit. 👍🏾

I love me a man who's able to shed those tears: of joys, sadness, grief, rejection ...... all these are welcome; even if it's something as simple as a movie that touches your soul and stirs up streams of tears. I'm all for it. Men who release these pent up feelings emotional baggage are more than likely to evade health complications; particularly hypertension. That's what's taking most men; cardiovascular breakdown because they're not letting things out. Breathe, cry, wipe your face and feel at ease 🎉🎉🎉
