I have to say that I had a weird feeling in the guts watching the machine quite violently move the hotend towards the print plate on the print test - the milliseconds as the hotend approached the build plate, the very last moments still not slowing down, I was expecting violent crash and half of the system to break down. Well done, very interesting concept.
excellent design. I like how the shoulder axles extend out to the frame, assisting for alignment during assembly and rigidity while printing. What other projects or products inspired your design considerations?

A coast command in the start script would make that a bit less alarming. Probably better for the life of the machine components , too.
nice rotational delta, please create a PR so it can be added to marlin to become a standard kinematic option, or post source so others can do this.
Icepick Delta has a rotary delta FW here: github.com/TTN-/IcePick-Delta/tree/master/Firmware
But most use Smoothieware or Duet as far as I'm aware.

It's missing 3 belts that can lose tension or break. If I tried running my Anycubic Delta Plus at those speeds pieces of it would fly off.
Lower noise at the same print speed. A challenge to do something else
