Those shifter bushings will make it fell good. I had a Focus ST for a year before I sold it and bought my EVO. Should really go with the Ford Performance short shifter as well. I had it in my ST and with the combination it was amazing. I got rid of mine because it wouldn't give me the power I was looking for as a stock engine, and plus, an EVO was my dream car.
If you can even find it anymore besides the RS shifter, the part is discounted now. Bought mine back in 2018 and it is pretty great. Still on stock bushings, had my whole trans replaced a month ago.
