Robbie Hagberg and Sue are you in the morning and get it tomorrow and I can go out for lunch tomorrow and I can go out and get a new one for you 😀 and I can get it tomorrow and I can get a new one right 💯💯 and I can go
@@allamericanwiseass Carol must've enjoyed him because he was a frequent guest on the show. Talented fellow with good comedic timing, not just a singer. May he RIP.
I can tell by Vicki's wig in her last scene that this was post Farrah Fawcett phenomena. We never saw hair like that until after Farrah smashed onto the scene as Charlies most sensational angel. RIP Farrah. We miss u and all your charms. So talented.
Excellent parody, thanks for sharing this video, however, I think the very best one Carol Burnett @Co. did was Went with a wind. I've seen that one hundred times and it's still so funny.
Or when the lawn guy is supposed to mow on Thursday and doesn't, then it rains, or you go to the doctor and wait forever in the waiting room, or .......... ..............
"Murdered Woman Isn't Murdered" ?? LOL, that kills me. Like today's RUclipsrs all have no clue about film noir. Should've called it "Parody of classic movie Laura" instead. Laura is a good crime film, in rich shades of black and white.
This channel also uses the edited version of "Caged Dames" with Lily Tomlin, the women in prison genre spoof. The chalk board torture bit is MIA, unfortunately. I don't know if this video below (most of a Carol B episode, S9E15) contains the uncut version of "Flora" but it's worth checking out: ruclips.net/video/204zMlLpP0M/видео.html
@@eduardo_corrochio I did find the Funt and Mundane bit they did in Australia in its entirety. That one's chopped up in syndicated form to where it almost makes no sense.
Makes more sense if you watch the movie "Laura." The generation who laughed at this had seen that flick at least on late night tv, and some in a theater.
Homicide on that set or only theft of intellectual property? When the lines sometimes ended up being impromtu improv nstead of memorized well enough lines. No wonder lady Gaga turned to singing and dancing to make her living instead of being an actor doing her lines too eh? Some called it on that set feeling trapped. Others liked to call it having fun at work too.
I am a portrait oil painter. I am very impressed that someone popped that together just for this script. :)

I think they used to reuse the portraits and just change the face. Pretty impressive, even so.
don't be silly, i's a photo enlarged and pasted on
@@anitapodsudek8041 That's no photo.
Harvey Korman as Clifton Webb, perfect as usual.
Thank you for uploading the clip and especially in memory of dear Steve Lawrence who passed away this month
Guy could have been a cast member with his range.

May he rest in peace. I grew up watching this show, my grandmother introduced the show to me, and I always loved when he was on. What a voice
This is one of my favorites. Steve Lawrence plays so well with the cast.
R.I.P. Steve Lawrence
I’d pay good money for that Carol Burnett portrait 😂
I captured it once on my PC and used it briefly as wallpaper image.
According to google it was auctioned off few years ago for between 2500 and 3000K.
I always wonder where some of those set paintings go. I know Ted Turner has the Scarlett O’Hara painting from GWTW.
Good taste😂
@@eduardo_corrochio I love it
On a Saturday night I've entered a time machine called nostalgia
Me, too.
😂 1 of the best shows ever

Noir made the BEST parodies!
I can’t believe they did a parody of “Laura” 😂😂 so good too!!
They did amazing parodies of classic movies 🎬.
Same reaction Gone with the wind😊😊😊😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That was quite a smooch 😘!
Hysterical!

I love noir
RIP Steve Lawrence
You should title this video "Laura" movie parody.
"Laura" is a classic
Oooo! She got to kiss Steve Lawrence.
Vicki in a maid's outfit. Woo-ee!
Amen! She was lovely as can be.
Did she say simp? Lol
Yep! I caught that, too. Loved it.
Lol. With that chalk silhouette, I thought her ex room mate was Dolly Parton.
A big no-no. Hah! Those were the days
Always knock first people
😂😅🤣
Harvey Korman looks like Benny Hill at one glance.
I miss Harvey.
Funny!

“Closet animal lover”
What was that, code?
From what I have read he didn't keep it in the closet much.

Yes I agree. Watched it yesterday for the umpteenth time and then this put on too!
@@kindspirit7 Nice :)
That was a strange episode.
It makes more sense if you've seen the movie "Laura" with Dana Andrews and Gene Tierney.
Noticing a lot of awkward cuts. Guessing this is a version from those later half hour recut syndicated airings?
Hmm. Glad I skimmed the comments; I was hoping that this was the complete version. Oh, well. Thanks.

The hell did I just watch???
A funny takeoff on the movie Laura
❤😂🎉
No disrespect Steve Lawrence I just didn’t care for the acting 🎭 rip
he was a singer
Interesting, the murder weapon hidden in the grandfather clock, I presume a nod to Gas Light?
No, the murder weapon was hidden in the antique clock-- a nod to the movie "Laura" with Gene Tierney and Dana Andrews.
That's like the N Carolina Murdaugh case. Nothing makes sense.

Actually it was South Carolina
Wooden English humor!!

Love the channel, love this show, but the tone deaf part of the thumbnail clip is unacceptable.
Whoever chose that needs to be put on notice.
