Yo I have a question about these whats the legality if you do sale these for 600 I belive were in the same page on face book its just that you make them look identical and I read somewhere that could be a problem some how just asking because I'm not sure you have super talent man and I would love a pair of these !!!
What’s up Justin. Yes I did post on that group as well. This here is simply fanart, that I hand painted myself out of sheer appreciation for the Pokémon company. I’ve never seen Pokémon shoes painted to this level of accuracy so the identical appearance is a reflection of my skill. I intentionally wanted to imitate the work of Ken Sugimori, which is completely legal as long as I don’t claim these characters are mine or that I created them, which I do not. When it comes to selling these, I’m sure there wouldn’t be a problem. There are thousands of artists that sell items, clothing, and art, with painted or printed characters that don’t belong to them. Lots of shoe customizers, tattooers, etc. That’s what fanart is all about. I actually hope the Pokémon company finds out about these so we can do business together! 😄
