Yeah, he's a real life pokemon trainer.
My birb also does. Easiest way to avoid getting pooped on, every 10-15 mins also them over toilet, tissue or bin and say "potty". Haven't been pooped on in months and tbh if I forget, she'll just hop onto my desk or the sofa arm, poop and fly back to my shoulder 😁 I can't imagine dealing with poop all down my clothes and floors s: literally the easiest thing you can train your bird, they lift their tail just before they poop (handy prewarning) and all you need to do is pair a command word, hold them out on your finger and give them a seed a few times and it's a learnt skill 👌 Like, when I have guests interact with my birds their first fear is being pooped on - before I let them interact I have them poop and it's really very unlikely they'll potty again for the next few minutes. The next fear is being bitten and I'm sorry but that's likely; unless you listen to my instructions of how to pet them 😅 not at all if moulting bc of painful pin feathers and never on their back (stimulated mating!!). Thankfully though my birds are fully mature now and v well socialised so they are very aware of their biting power, impressive for hookbills :) and a "gentler" (eg. non blood drawing 😂) warning bite will be given. Parrots are essentially wild animals tho, non-domesticated so we really can't blame them for using aggression in their communication with us. Just be gentle or don't touch and you'll be blessed with a cuddly bird snuggled in your hand 😊

How so?
a lot of birds are "potty trained" to fly back to a certain station to do their business, usually their cage. So in an unfamiliar location where that station doesn't exist their training is not useful. Also, potty training a bird in this way is not unhealthy as they are not forced to do anything they wouldn't want to except move from one place to another. Hope this helps :)

That's how you hold big snakes. Never put a snake that large around your neck. It's ok if you put a small one around your neck. But accidents can happen for example if the snake feels like it's losing balance, it'll accidentally choke you

Whatever I think although yes it sounds somewhat unsafe to let a seven or so year old do that I was always comfortable In knowing I knew how to safely unrap the animal from me (plus adult supervision I suppose) and the fact I knew the animals and they were all very cool and collected (idk why I rambled on I’m so sorry)
