Tarantulas are not that sound sensitive, just like all spiders. Especially when compared to their shadow sensitivity. That seems like their main predator passing over, which is birds. Now unless you mean while holding them, then maybe because sound is just vibrations, so they'll feel the vibrations coming from you.
