He is such a wonderful singer and prolific writer. Most everyone has covered someone else's song and they have been extraordinary, but Benicio brings something different, something beautiful. His lyrics command your attention and you can feel what he is singing about. He doesn't need to do pop, because he has found a lane all his own. Absolutely Refreshing!!!!!
I’m a baby boomer++. I have loved every performance of his, from his audition, singing The Joke. I absolutely love his original songs & his incredible voice. He never disappoints. He has a God given talent & so humble!!! Can’t wait to buy his CDs!!!!
You keep talking about his generation but people of all ages are listening to Benicio and saying in their comments that they would buy his songs. So Benicio's songs are crossing the generation gap that's what I believe makes him so amazing because he touches everyone's soul no matter what age.

During all of his previous performances I could hear flashes here and there of a very nice voice, but he just never quite impressed me... until TODAY! This was far and above anything he's done thus far. This song allowed him to hit all of the sweet spots in his voice. Like Howie, my mind has changed.
