Great video have you tried the hyperice vyper 2.0 and the hyperice hypersphere? Do you like them or there is a significant benefit compared to mb5 or the trigger point grid foam roller?

I am new to foam rolling - I'm going to get only one. What would you suggest that is versatile enough to use it on most of the muscle groups but still pretty cheap?
I'd suggest the orange trigger point he discusses in the beginning!
