Because 3D printing is still a relatively young industry, there is still a lot that can be improved on and will be improved on in the future, Creality is one of the brands who have been making the largest jumps in development, so hopefully soon, we won't ever have to worry about our machines breaking down. For the present though, we have to give that extra love and care to our machines to keep them running and printing perfectly. There are a ton of other printer brands out there as well, so if you have had bad experiences with Creality or Anycubic, hopefully you will find what you are looking for in the others!
The great thing about printers is that most of them are very similar in how well they print, it all comes down to personal preference and as you said, price brackets and budgets as well

I want to know which brand you don't have to fix constantly. Seems like creality is not the one.

Honestly i was gonna get a kkbra 2 max but everything i found a ender 5 s1 plus is better bang for my buck
