Photo #1, but you really have several keepers, more than enough for a photo story. Amazing what you can do with one focal length and manual focus! Less *is* more.

Beautiful pictures! I am thinking of getting this lens with the Nikon zf. For now if i want to slow down i use my old Fujifilm X-T10 with the TTArtisan 35 f1.4. A lovely combination with that x trans two sensor

Thanks, I’ve never tried a Fuji but I want to some day.

I think you did pretty well considering it's not your preferred photog subject matter. You didn't overthink it. Nice job. I liked #4. You might have dropped the exposure a little for better effect.

I’m late for this party. I now despise you. J/k. I wanted this lens and now I want it even more. #1 followed by 3 are my choices from the four you provided. I agree with others that you have a bunch of keepers. Does this lens make anyone using it a better photographer? Absolutely not. You’ve got a nice eye and combined with the rendering of this lens you’ve got a keeper combo! This lens and its 35mm sibling do vignette. Sometimes this adds to the art side of a photo. You used that to your advantage to add impact to the pics.

Don’t you get worried about alligators out there?
