  • Virtue Labs utilizes Alpha Keratin 60ku, a complete human protein to repair damaged hair. I've spent the last few weeks testing out their products, and there's a lot to cover since I tested out 14 different offerings from their line! In this video, I talk about the shampoos, conditioners, various styling aids, and treatments. You can find Virtue Labs on their website and also now in Sephora.

    Hi! I used wella fusionplex to fix my African American type 4 hair that was bleached blonde! It repaired my hair very well. Shampoo, Conditioner, and hair mask!

    I have been looking into it. Not quite sold. I tried K18, I did olaplex and keraphlex as well as I.plex from Lakme. Hair mask called Hydra and Kerastase too. I don’t think I can be surprised anymore

    I purchased the 60 ml 6 in 1 styler and really liked it. Now I ordered the 50 ml mask. It’s very helpful that they sell almost every product in mini size.

    GREAT review! I've been trying to decide which line to go with and you sold me on the Full shampoo and conditioner. Thank you! Also used your affiliate link. 🙂

    Wish I had seen this review a couple days ago. I just ordered the recovery kit and split end serum 🙄

      Maybe they'll work for you! Overall, I love Virtue. The split end serum wasn't my fave, but I know plenty of people who like it! The dry shampoo though? Just used it this morning and can't recommend it enough!

    Thanks Lauren, great review. I'm totally obsessed with the Curl, Texture Spray and Full - I honestly love them all so much it's hard to pick favorites.

    You didn’t review the healing oil. Have you gotten to try that one by chance? If so what are your thoughts?

    • @BoldlyLauren
      @BoldlyLauren  Год назад +1

      At the time of making this, I hadn't, BUT I have it now and it's actually one of my favorite products of their line! You only need a few drops, yet somehow it makes your hair ridiculously shiny and soft. Honestly, it's amazing.

    I'm really intrigued in this brand. I have extremely fine hair that is pretty damaged. What products from this brand would you recommend?

    • @BoldlyLauren
      @BoldlyLauren  2 года назад

      Definitely the Full Shampoo and Conditioner! I also really love the Dry Shampoo (and I normally hate dry shampoos) I literally buy it in bulk. You may also really like the mask, but used sparingly so it won't weigh your hair down.

    Dang I just used my 15% off newcomer coupon on just the hair cream for frizz. I guess I’ll pretend I’m my daughter next time. The problem I have is my hair is frizzy and wavy but I don’t want to loose all my volume. I’m debating on the frizz or volume line. I never buy volume anything except for a clarifying shampoo but I might be sold. This seems like a really good line. I’m looking forward to testing out more products. I made my mental list.

    • @BoldlyLauren

      Oooh I'd recommend the Full Shampoo and Conditioner and maybe the 6 in 1 Styler for out of the shower. I am willing to bet the oil is good too, I just haven't tried it yet.

    Like you I also have fine hair but lots of it. Also like you I absolutely love the Full shampoo and conditioner. Delving into the product ingredients I learned that the Full conditioner has Dimethicone very high on the ingredient list. Do you think these products would be suitable to use ongoing or does the high protein content give reason for concern? Do you think that Dimethicone would build up on fine hair? I really want these products to be safe to use all the time but I am cautious.

    • @BoldlyLauren
      @BoldlyLauren  2 года назад +2

      I think it should be perfectly fine! It seems like most companies use water soluble silicones and types that don't build up super heavy on the hair these days. I typically use a clarifying shampoo a few times a month to reduce product and mineral buildup - the new detox shampoo from K18 is awesome!

      Lauren thank you so very much for your reply and thoughts which are what I was thinking but guess I just needed a second opinion. I will follow up on the K18 detox detox shampoo. Thanks again, much appreciated.

    Coming off from kevin murphy range; friend suggested to use Virtue range repair. So i am not user of conditioner; so forget that for me; but yes. Shampoo works. Love it. Next order i have straighten my legs and will be trying the texture spray; conditioner... ( Yes i know) and masque and repair cream. So now i have exhausted my bank account i will see how i go. But i dont color or style my hair. I have fine but voluming hair; straight no matter what. Looking forward to my bath time. Love my rituals...i have also invested into doterra oils and humifieder since i am almost two years in full lockdown. Happy covid times.
