    Thank you for posting these videos. I LOVE working out with you in the mornings! At one point during the workout I got annoyed at something, but as soon as I unpaused the video, I felt relaxed and felt the annoyance melt away. It was so nice. This is 100% my favorite channel to move with.

    wooooow, I really like these videos, I never danced befor. Eventhought I often don´t know where to put my hands, wrists, elbows, knees (and so on) at the right time all together... but I´ll try over and over again. (but this one is quite difficult)
    thank you for your content! :)

    I just tried this for the first time. I find it really hard to work out how you’re changing the weight between the feet. Is there any way of getting more detailed explanation of how to do this? The movement becomes awkward for me and I get frustrated and can’t keep up the pace because I can’t switch my feet quickly enough.

      i think the best advice is to continue doing more videos. Don't worry about getting things exact. For this video, even as a former dancer, I felt I should have watched first, so i was kind of playing catch up. Particularly on the slower videos, just do to your own timing and maybe skip one side to start the next exercise. On some of the steps in this video when she had one foot pointed in front or behind to the side, the easiest way to change weight back is to make sure not to put weight on that foot that is pointed. I hope that helps and you keep trying these!

    There are too many videos. I can't decide which one to do. I've never done it before. Anybody have a suggestion? How should I create a program?

    • @zehr02
      @zehr02 5 лет назад +2

      You can start with her 'beginners workout' (that's what I did when I first started). Then you can have a day doing arms workout with abs. Another day concentrating on legs and back. Each day working out different parts of the body. Good luck !
