It is true Hollis. Us ladies do indeed enjoy flowers. When a man takes his time to pick us a wildflower bouquet, our hearts are filled with joy. When he takes his time to plant us bouquets, we snuggle up in his arms and simply say thanks babe... something about the gesture makes a lady feel very cared for and therefore safe.

Rude Raiders at it again but they were kind enough to leave some for Ms Nancy to enjoy. I like to think animals have compassion and know to share ; ) For the first time this year I have deer that's gotten to my bird seed. Thanks to a new home development construction. I’ve had to take them down for the time being. I tried the predator sensor light flashers, lasted 2 days so I had to move them but they no longer fear now. My neighbor used the motion activated sprinklers. Smart deer, they figured out the sprinkler path in order to get around them w/o getting sprayed. He’s had to move them several times. Keep that in mind for next year when you plant your flowers for the rabbits if they’re anything like the deer. The neighbor did end up growing a decoy garden just for the wildlife before he planted his main garden so he was able to get a better bounty as well and that worked. It’s hard trying to outsmart these Rude Raiders but we still love them.

We had a stew made with cabbage, carrots and squash from our garden for dinner last night and all I needed to add was a meat and a can of beans (as I didn't prep my cow peas before hand). Watching your flower videos so I can grow some flowers for my bees. Your hard work is much appreciated!

I've had to give up on growing corn or sunflowers in my area. The raccoons are simply so bad no fence keeps them out. They nibble the stems off and kill them. I'm thankful to see such a beautiful garden! Happy for you! ❤
Dollar tree sells small white circle wire trash bins. I buy them to use over my small starts as I'm able. Hopefully I'll be able to afford a hardy stack of them for this year, they work great to keep stuff from eating your goods!

Great idea on the bording flower bed. I also bought some sunflowers for my sweety this year and was contemplating on how to grow them. This gave me a great idea so i'll be sending down rows soon. So sorry Ms. Nancy for the little Bunny Terror you endured. Bing Bing should track that little feller down and make him pay for tearing up mommas garden bed.

Love this video. I would love to see more videos on flowers especially cool flowers. There's a book called Cool Flowers by Lisa Mason Ziegler that I think Nancy would love. It's about planting flowers in the fall for early spring blooms. Flowers that are frost tolerant.
