I was hesitating between ESS and this, but I finally ordered an ESS G3 kit seems super easy to install based on RUclips videos. Of course, the Vortech is a great blower, but I don't want to trim or cut my 2020 Mustang.
The the front bumper removed would be a good time to do any headlight and radiators mods because removing the bumper looks like a chore 😂 This was a great video because finding detailed videos is difficult 😥
This is what I have done, bumper removal isn't too insane but more time consuming than I previously thought so I been hoarding all sorts of parts until.i can take a whole week off of work and install them all with no worry about having to make the car get me to work. Got about 10 major modifications ready and the car will be in pieces for a few days but the end result will be awesome
Hell no! Instead of making a kit for the car, Vortech decided that making the car fit the kit, is a better idea. A little cut, grind, bend, splice, few dozen clamps, a squeeze here and there, and voila, is shoe horned in!
I want to puto the 5.0 emblems in mine.. but it doesn’t have the perforations because is an Eco Boost version. Somebody knows the distances to locate the emblems? I mean.. the exact position where it has to be located.. thank you very much in advance!
Id like to see how difficult it was to removed those fuel rail spacer because those oe one you have to remove could support my entire weight and still didnt pop off. So far i did the "twist while pulling up" then i put vice clamps and pry bar'd up... still didnt let go.
Trimming then redrilling the radiator mount using a paper template was ghetto and a lot of work. Including correct fitting replacement brackets and hoses instead of modifying the factory parts would save time, make instillation easier, insure proper fitment, and would look much cleaner. The parts that are being modified then reused are super cheap. Including correct fitting replacement parts in the kit would only cost a tiny bit more. Vortech is either trying to save the planet or they want to make the install a pain in the .

Yes. That is my car in the video and I use a Corsa one... had a Mishimoto one ordered but since they had to cut the front cover panel, the mount holes moved and it didn't work. The Corsa one mounted elsewhere and took 10 minutes to install.
Yep. Just had to change the throttle body (with an adapter) back to one from a GT. The kit itself isn't designed for a Bullitt, though. 1k miles in, though, and she's running great.
