As an avid Pokemon player our local community is great and very friendly to new players. Pokemon community is by far the best I’ve been in.
I would say pokemon is pretty easy to get into I got into it 2 years ago and it everyone was nice. But I understand wanting to go in from day 0. I started playing Star Wars Destiny on launch day and it was really fun learning it along with everyone else. If you go to weekly please keep us updated I'd like to follow your journey

I'm actually quite excited for this game. I work at a LGS and we had a mandatory meeting to learn the game so we can better introduce it to people that come in. It was admittedly quite fun to learn and I feel like I enjoyed it more than Lorcana. Can't wait to see how it is received overall!
Someone said to me the other day, why is the defender only firing 4 of its 6 guns & and had to be a massive nerd and tell them the top 2 are ion cannons :D - There's your fun fact for the day that you didn't ask for!

For sure. Very few hyperspace foils per box if that’s the route you take but gotta get in on that launch hype and build out my general collection to start
