Quick note, often when I refer to "Jedi Synergy" I really mean "Force Synergy." Also, do you find the later portion of the video helpful where I go over cards I tested and/or excluded? I know it made the video go pretty long so if you don't find it helpful I may not go over that kind of stuff in future Deck Tech videos.
An update on the deck: Had a chance to play some games at my first premiere/constructed event. This deck beat Vader cunning and Krennic green, had a close game versus Sabine (lost due to a strong medal ceremony play) and lost to casino Han and lost to Iden green. Here’s some things I’ve learned and will change: 1. Takedown absolutely needs to be in the maindeck if you’re not utilizing a sideboard. I would remove all “Make an opening” for Takedown instead and likely remove x1 electrostaff for a 3rd Takedown. 2. Debating replacing Restored ARC w/ System patrol craft (this means less turn 1 plays however, but w/ turn 2 sentinel plays w/ leader ability it may not matter much). However, being this defenseless in space may require frinding room to fit in 2-3 entrenched. I would cut “It Binds All Things” as a start and maybe one “Force is with me.” 3. It’s very much a “fun” deck to catch your opponent off guard that can definitely win games vs good meta decks at your LGS, but don’t expect much in a hyper competitive environment.
I am definitely going to main this deck and work on it! It seems super good in my testing, I've beat a few opponents with it like a Tarkin and Sabine Green. I don't have any Legendaries, but Gunship with a 4/3 ambush for 4 works well to replace Millenium, and Chewbacca for 5 is pretty good as a Luke replacement to keep the opponent occupied waiting for turn 6 and beyond. Grogu is gonna be an absolute menace in this deck!
Hello, I played your deck last night in a tournament. Only change was that I only had one Falcon so I included to azituck gunships. Also I made the changes you mentioned about a week ago. It is a great deck and powerful, but I just never was able to seal the deal. I faced 3 Bobas (2 yellow, 1 green) and was able to compete and command the majority of the game. But, when it came towards the very late game, I was just not able to get the killing blow in. Maybe it was just card draw luck, but I thought I'd ask you what additionally could be swap to beat Boba? I handled a Vader, Krennic, and Sabine fine. But Boba....
you may consider force throw out of aspect, paying 3 for discard and damage is still valuable, also why not 3 sneak attacks?. having waylay vs control... if is control your concern maybe change of heart?
cool deck tech. Im completely dodging the air lane in my chewy deck and controlling it with entrench and outmaneuver. IM using much more upgrades but i like your deck tech the sneak obi wan is interesting bud.
The way you're describing Kanan is wrong. You don't heal per different aspect per card discarded. You heal per different aspect among ALL the discarded cards on his trigger.
Thanks for the clarification, so in this instance he would heal 3 maximum since his ability would resolve both card discards at the same time and not one at a time. Good to know!
@@PeteDorrTCGthat's right. Although it is local-meta-dependent. A few players at my local store use some out of aspects cards so it is pretty Nice when you mill 3 aspects among 2 cards and the 3rd is an out of aspect that gives à +1 bonus heal plus depriving the opponent from an out of aspect incluse that probably was useful
Not enough testing yet but I just won five games in a row with Red Yellow Andor against boba green. This is my test list: Andor Chopper base 3 fleet lieutenant 3 greedo 3 k2so 3 Leia defiant 3 lethal insurgent (been OK) 3 Sabine 3 green squad A wing 3 Falcon 3 red three unstoppable 3 wing leader 3 asteroid sanctuary 3 bamboozle 1 for a cause I believe in (may be cut, too many yellow card vs. gold cards) 3 heroic sacrifice 2 shoot first 3 sneak attack 3 surprise strike 2 waylay Sb - not yet tested - not complete 3 keep fighting 3 spark of the rebellion 1 waylay
Ya force table is bad at playing any deck that isn't pure aggro. So anything that isn't sabine or leia it just isn't a proper test it is almost does more harm than good to test against boba or krennic or Iden on force table. Though I do like the idea.... just thinking Luke instead of chewie and Luke's saber instead of electro staff.
For sure, I will have some in person testing soon and will continue to refine. General idea of me using chewie is to make it really hard for aggro to break through the early game and then once I can get a luke or Kanan to stick, ideally hidden behind Chewbacca, the game is pretty much over. Even in the late game constantly tossing down 1-3 cost units with sentinel is super strong to keep my better units alive.

Great video! Love to see more deck techs!
Hey man! Great seeing you at Gotham! Awesome video - let's get some practice in soon! - Stephen
Absolutely! Thanks Stephen

A lot of great ideas in this video!
I like it - well done
Also glad you got to use Greedo in your deck.
Luckily he's the best 1-cost card in the game so it works out
Are you still playing pete? Or has your interest dropped off a bit after release?

Force table is a great starting point for general strengths but is a massive caveat for having proven the deck. Looks fun though!
I’m taking it to my LGS’s first constructed night next week, people there love playing sabine/boba so we will see how it performs
Love vids like this!

Ghost can’t shield itself. Still a cool idea, but you need another specter.
Not enough testing yet but I just won five games in a row with Red Yellow Andor against boba green.
This is my test list:
Andor
Chopper base
3 fleet lieutenant
3 greedo
3 k2so
3 Leia defiant
3 lethal insurgent (been OK)
3 Sabine
3 green squad A wing
3 Falcon
3 red three unstoppable
3 wing leader
3 asteroid sanctuary
3 bamboozle
1 for a cause I believe in (may be cut, too many yellow card vs. gold cards)
3 heroic sacrifice
2 shoot first
3 sneak attack
3 surprise strike
2 waylay
Sb - not yet tested - not complete
3 keep fighting
3 spark of the rebellion
1 waylay
The Falcon is a nice way to sneak in that 3 damage to draw a card too, nice list!
