Alot of people have asked so in case your wondering, no, the tools do not fall out... for the most part. The only issues I had was with the last compartment, when rolling the toolbox back up, so I ended up make a lid for that last compartment.
I’ll never stop being impressed by your progress and confidence to tackle interesting new stuff. As long as you keep churning them out, I’ll be here watching.
I always expect your projects to be amazing and I'm always impressed by the creativity of your designs, but this project totally blew me away. This toolbox is a thing of beauty. I love it. I'm going to go over to your website right now and check the toolbox over there. I've never visited your website. I'm not sure why. I'm looking forward to getting another glimpse into your mind and imagination. Thanks for sharing this video.
Unless I have really small partsin those compartments it should be fine, the only compartment I'm really worried about is the Last one, I'll probably make some sort of lid of that one.
Please do not be insulted, but i can tell your much younger than me....but dang kid!!!! You make some awsome stuff!! I took drafting in HS. '84-'87. they just came out with the CAD system. I got on it twice and hated it, but I hated computers so I just didn't give it a chance. Now I wish I learned more...I went to the submarine force after I graduated and never continued.....Anyway, very impressive stuff!
Josh walk away from the dark and walk to the light side of metric its so much easier and faster and you dont need a degree to work sizes out, Yet again you have made another great project i really do look forward to watching your vids to see what you make next.

Josh you off the chain man! That’s for sure out the box there!
Its like supersized Singer attachment puzzlebox that vintage Singer sewing machines came with

Absolutely genius as always.
Your creativity is amazing. you are a true artist.
Wow! Keep them coming! Always excited to see your new projects!
beautiful work
Excellent as always!!! I really want one of these. You always amaze and delight. Thanks
Yep. As soon as it thaws enough for me to get back into the shop I am making myself one of these.
Might make a couple and see if they sell!
That is super cool. A nice little tool box.
Awesome project. Thanks for posting
Appreciate the project video. The toolbox turned out really nice. Great looking hardwood!
You have the ingenuity of the Wright Brothers! :)
🤣👍
Awesome!
Metric FTW! I'm the end it's so much easier if you always use it.
Fantastic job Josh. Wonderful use of your creativity.
Super! Brilliant idea and thought out👍🏻
I have one of these in plastic from ~20 years ago. Nice build.
Thanks! A rolykit right? I changed it a bit but that was a big inspiration for this project.
@@JoshWrightWoodworking That's it. It was a little more interlocked. I could see it's use case, but never was practical for me.
Nice piece, is love to see it with stuff in it
Another great project completed Josh. Well done mate. Regards Col.
Great project Josh!
Well done.
I'm also America, and not even a craftsman, but I do support the use of metric system.
You never cease to amaze me! This is crazy cool. And I love it that you think this is easy!😅 Maybe for your genius mathematical brain!
Reasons for using metric. Very nice project!
A wooden Rolykit. Dutch invention, still available after more than 40 years.
Apparently not easy available. Some precision woodworking, well done.
Joy Mangano had an infomercial on these back in the 90's
Where you cut the arch out of those compartments, does stuff fall out of them when you roll it open and closed? Freaking awesome project.

I wish metric was the standard here in the US too. Way easier.
This is definitely a very cool project but I would have liked to see you roll this out with tools in it and see if they stayed in place
Tools stay put pretty well. the only issue is the last compartment when rolling it back up. I ended up making a lid for the last compartment.
@@JoshWrightWoodworking A winner for sure then. Well done
