I feel like everyone who is making products should know that we do not the perfume or fragrance in the products by now. They should especially not be at the top of the ingredients list either.
It's weird - I thought we didn't like perfumes but that was a big complaint with naptural85's products lol. I look forward to the day when skin and haircare products stop using so much fragrance.

Just a little advice... if the moisturizer or milk doesn't blend into the hair to clear..... no matter what gel you use it's going to turn white and flake! Lol.... no really this is bad. I would love to see you try the Gel only! Just a spray in Leave in conditioner or just water. Let's see that version....

I spent most of the video hoping you were going to make it through with the way you were coughing. It reminded me of when I used to clean with ammonia. Girl, no. Perfume should never be the first ingredient. I understand wanting your hair to smell good. Taraji may definitely need to reformulate the products. But you seemed to honestly do your best to give a positive review though. And I appreciate that.🙂

Good morning Janae - great tutorial as always and don't apologize for being honest we need to know what's real and what's not.
Check out Bath & Body Works. My store is running a sale I think they're discontinuing them they're called hair masks and they seem to be the bomb there about a 16oz to which is quite large and the sale is for $2.98 / 2. They have hair masks for strengthening they have hair masks for repair and there's a mask for smoothing that contains avocado and B6. I bought one of each I would love to see you review these if you can find them at a Bath & Body Works near you.
I'm on day 3 of a flat twist out and it is looking bomb. I think I'm finally getting into my groove with the products. From my twist out I used lottabody setting lotion flash foam and on top of that Aunt Jackie's seal it up butter. The shine is great the hold is wonderful. We're having some humid weather here in North Carolina so this will be a test today to see if I can get through it without my usual frizz after day one.

I watched another RUclipsr do a review with the gel and you used way more than she did. That could be why yours flaked up but she also didn't use the milk. Just wondering if that could be the difference.

I've personally smelled the products and they are in fact QUITE strong but i feel like since there are four collections within the line there might be some other products that work well for different uses/styling but overall the sent is definitely a big turn off. Yes please if you get the chance try it with a twist out or a sleek bun or let us know if you'd be willing to try another one of the colored products!!!!

Some products do flake up in your hair initially but the most important thing ppl don’t realize is that when you put too much of a single product when it’s supposed to be a small amount then your hair will turn white or flake up. I’ve seen several of her videos using her own products on her ig and she literally says and does uses a little!! Not every product is for your hair find one that works best for your hair....

I'm always happy when black people make products for our hair. Honestly, those products never seem to work for me. My hair can't take a lot of product, I have medium fine kinky curly hair that reacts to the weather. I keep it simple wash, condition and use Mizani cream for textured hair, done. Also, your hair is beautiful and healthy looking.
Crunch AND Flakes? Nahhhh.... That next morning hair! YIKES! Don’t even bother with the twist out.
