1:22 no girl you are not crazy! To this day, women compliment my texture and downplay their own. I always try to tell them how they can bring out their own texture if they just start handling their hair differently!
It took me a while but it was surprisingly easy. All I used was a bit of conditioner, oil and some water!!! My curls are always bouncy and soft, when they dry up. 9 months natural 🥰
Yes! Wish there was RUclips when was younger I definitely would have gone natural sooner. RUclips is really the only reason I know about taking care of my natural hair.
@@virtuousme4096 exactly - I wish I had discovered to research on RUclips about how to go natural and not being under control of a stylist to keep continue to get relaxers. I wanted to be excited about this line but the prices are exploitative. $25 for conditioner is not accessible like she said they would be, especially knowing how much product people with curly/coily hair have to use. Feels like natural hair products getting more expensive is just kind of a slap in the face to the movement
Love her hair, love the packaging but I’m still not convinced to buy. I have a cabinet full of unopened products. I’m overwhelmed with all these new lines. But if Pattern drops a deep conditioner, I’d probably bite. Great detailed review though.
@@curlynella1011 there are 'white' haircare brands that also operate at this price point. She decided to go with salon prices, to stay that's a 'black hair care' thing is unfair. Most black hair care brands are pushing organic ingredients, of course it's gonna cost more than the silicone filled mega corp's products
CurlyNella1011 still doesn’t take away the fact that brands can choose to position themselves however they want. People seem to selectively outraged on high prices. Everyone is arguing about expensive natural hair products on overpriced IPhones.
I'm a bit torn. I like Tracee, but they're a lot of black owned hair care brands that have been around for a long time selling quality products with good ingredients but don't have the advantage of built in name recognition like Tracee does. I'd rather invest my money with one of those brands. I think she could have made her products more affordable, but perhaps she wanted her brand to be seen as high end. I wish her luck, but I'll pass.
Winston Peldon I'm glad you said this because I was thinking the same thing. I saw her interview by Seth Meyers and remember her saying that and then I went to her website when it launched and took one look at the prices and was like WTF?! I wonder who she was thinking of being able to access good quality and AFFORDABLE hair care when she came up with these prices.
Oh I was one of those people who always wanted curly, coily hair. My hair was relaxed since I was a young girl. When I did the BIG CHOP, I was like WHO KNEW!!!! 😂😂 I absolutely LOVE my Kinky, coily, curly hair. Let us know how long it lasts please. Thanks. Tracey also has a large container of Leave in that is used to refill the smaller containers. Genius, if it becomes anyone’s staple product. I bought the brush, hoping I like it.

Whew, come through with this early review!!! I LOVE the fact that your hair looks this good without gel, heavy pomades or twisting cream. It literally looks light and fluffy just like Tracee’s signature style. I’d also like to add that one should consider the price per unit on Tracee’s hair products in order to see the value. Because I had no idea my hair was going to be as curly as it is now. Granted my father is mixed and he has curly hair and i get my hair from him but I’m predominantly black so yeah lol
Now that I’m thinking about it, the prices aren’t that bad compared to some other products out there..*coughs* DEVA CURL lol
Thanks for your review!! 😃😃
