Dang! These things ride at least 5 secs going up & Down! Holy crap! These are faster than the The Gen2 and neither the Schindler 3300 or the 330A’s!!!!!

Yep. 350 fpm. Possibly the fastest elevators in Brookfield now. And the MonoSpace and the Gen2's are only 200 fpm...

Actually, I think that's a Synergy or momentum, because I see round cables, not flat belts. Evolution 200 uses flat belts like Schindler 5500.

I did some digging around on TK's website and these actually are Synergy.

Belt driven MRLs are more accepted by the elevator industry and building owners in North America. This is due to its inherent compact and simple design, easier serviceability, and the fact that is not a drastic difference in design layout between manufacturers (one style fits all). Belt systems also do better with large capacity. This is part of the reason the Schindler 31/33/5500 became so popular upon their release, while at the same time, KONE lost popularity because they never went belted; however KONE is still the most reputable traditional cable MRL because its design is the most compact and simplest component access.
TKE now uses the same door equipment from Wittur as KONE; however, TKE doesn't use the slim shaft door or Wittur interlock like KONE. Instead, the use the same sill and a modified version of the same lock release and interlock as their predecessor, Miami Elevator.
