Sir... Here I have a doubt that is for non conducting material, they have Polar and non-polar two kind. But for non polar(O2) they contain positive ions .. they have no negative ions.. But why they show (+_) character..

Also use very thin dielectric with conductor to prevent short ckt. I can't find any satisfying ans on internet Please help me.
