I REBUILD West Ham with a RANDOM CHALLENGE Each Season!

In this FM23 Rebuild with West Ham United, I have to spin a wheel of random challenges every season! Can I only sign wonderkids? Can I only sign free and loan transfers? Do I have to use a strikerless formation? Challenges like these and more will stand in my way to take West Ham to new heights!
Challenges:
Director of Football: Let your DoF make your signings
Young Boys FC: only sign players 21 years or younger
Golden Oldies: only sign players 30 years or older
Local lads: only sign players from the nation of the club
Far from home: only sign players from different continents
Radical Randomizer: use a random formation and style of play
Sell like Southampton: Sell your 2 best players
Debt like Derby: No transfer fees allowed (Only loans and free transfers)
Who needs strikers?: Use a strikerless formation
Four is for Failures: Can’t use a back 4
