    be careful if you ask other people to push you to go farther! sometimes if they do it too forcefully, your tendon can tear. just know your own limits! :)

      I’ve just started stretching again (I was a figure skater) and to my surprise my leg hold is actually decent and my side splits on both sides are pretty much the same 😂 I quit over three years ago!

    I love her so much because she wasn't just born with extraordinary flexibility as most people, she also isn't a show off like most people and she works hard to achieve her goals wich makes it believable and achievable for people, for example she is not at all like Sofie Dossi, all Sofie does is showing how super flexible she is, but it isn't really fair since she got born like it

      Ok listen. Sofie wasn't really born flexible. She was just a little bit more flexible than an average gymnast. She wasn't that flexible from the beginning. And no she doesent show off her skills. Those skills are her life. It's her career. There is not any reason for saying things like that about a person when u dont know much about her.

    Thanks Alivia, I was really sick an in bed for a week. I could barely move, so I definetly missed out on my usual dance routine. I lost a lot of my flexibility and was beginning to get pretty frustrated (again), but your videos are just what I need. You've helped me continue to dance on multiple occasions when I felt like giving up, and I really look up to you and all that you do. Thanks so much!

    is it normal that i find it difficult to straighten my knee when attempting a leg extension? how can i overcome it

      Keep stretching,practicing and don't give up. It was the same with me,until I did these routines at least every week. xx

      Leigh-Ann Franetzki That was me last year you just have to keep stretching. Doing pike position helped me the most I have it completely flat now cause of that

    OMG I SAW A HUGE IMPROVEMENT WHEN I DID THIS STRETCH! ESPECIALLY WHEN I GRABBED MY CALF AND ANKLE! its getting higher but.. my opposite leg bends when my other leg goes up.. any tips???

    I had been doing ballet for 3,5 years and then stopped to become a Taekwondo athlete :) My right leg is more flexible than my left just like yours :D .

    Hey Liv you are probably the most helpful flexibility person I've known. People like Anna McNutly basically expects you to have the skill to do the skill. You know our pain and you helped me push pass my limits. I've gotten my middle splits, left leg split, leg extension and so much more from you keep it up❤️

    I was cheerleader since 7 grade I stop doing most of my workouts stretches and i lost bit of my flexibility and ever since i watch your routine it been helping me a lot soon i’ll post mine up. Thank you ! Keep it up!

      Jacqie Rotch i done this everyday for three weeks and after that three weeks i got it but it really depends on your flexibility ☺️

      Split wise, it took a month to fully go down, no stretching and with ease and comfort as for getting the balance its just a matter of doing it every day as much as you can, even balancing anything similar like a y-stand helped a lot

      Fiercelivy I don't want to get taller bc my doc said I'm taller than average 😂 it's in my gene bc my brother and grandma are tall ( it skipped my mom)

    Lol i literally got my splits cuz of alivia,it took me 2 years to get it cuz i was on and off trying and giving up but when i got motivation i got it and im hoping to do the same with my leg hold:)))to anyone who wants to achieve their leg holds dont give up and always try again,it may take a bit but it will be worth it:))love ya!

    I know it's kind of your motto, no pain no gain. But I just wanted to say if you've ever stretched a lot and were very far down or whatever, and the next you are not nearly as far down, that means you overstretched. Just keep that in mind :)

      my legs are crazzzyyyy one day I can do the splits .then the next day I can't.... my legs get so sore....😥 but is it possible to not have your splits and still do it ?

      I hate U DARLIENS productions it is hard but your body is going to adapt to your flexibility and sometimes my legs are also sore so no worries

    Can any one tell me the purpose why this is good for your body? Leg holds, middle split etc. Why is it healthy?

      Emilie S. Olsen It prevents you getting injured as much but other than that it doesn't have huge benefits. It just looks good for dancers or gymnasts

      Emilie S. Olsen yes if you stretch your lower back, but posture is about strength in your back and stomach as well so you need to have a balance of flexibility and strength x

    Omg thank u sooo much my strech was so bad and now it's so good I was nearly put off my cheer team and now they saw my strech and they let me stay on the team its alll worth the pain in the end

    Were you naturally born able to do the splits ? If not, how long have you been practicing the splits for?

      Madison Ostrowski she wasn’t naturally able to do it, but it didn’t take her long at all, she’s never really struggled with hamstring flexibility, but her hips and back weren’t naturally very flexible.
