be careful if you ask other people to push you to go farther! sometimes if they do it too forcefully, your tendon can tear. just know your own limits! :)

I’ve just started stretching again (I was a figure skater) and to my surprise my leg hold is actually decent and my side splits on both sides are pretty much the same 😂 I quit over three years ago!
I love her so much because she wasn't just born with extraordinary flexibility as most people, she also isn't a show off like most people and she works hard to achieve her goals wich makes it believable and achievable for people, for example she is not at all like Sofie Dossi, all Sofie does is showing how super flexible she is, but it isn't really fair since she got born like it

Ok listen. Sofie wasn't really born flexible. She was just a little bit more flexible than an average gymnast. She wasn't that flexible from the beginning. And no she doesent show off her skills. Those skills are her life. It's her career. There is not any reason for saying things like that about a person when u dont know much about her.

I lost a lot of my flexibility and was beginning to get pretty frustrated (again), but your videos are just what I need. Keep stretching,practicing and don't give up. It was the same with me,until I did these routines at least every week. xx

OMG I SAW A HUGE IMPROVEMENT WHEN I DID THIS STRETCH! ESPECIALLY WHEN I GRABBED MY CALF AND ANKLE! its getting higher but.. my opposite leg bends when my other leg goes up.. any tips???

Jacqie Rotch i done this everyday for three weeks and after that three weeks i got it but it really depends on your flexibility ☺️
Split wise, it took a month to fully go down, no stretching and with ease and comfort as for getting the balance its just a matter of doing it every day as much as you can, even balancing anything similar like a y-stand helped a lot

Shiromise Ronce ya but there is some science behind being tall some are bad and some are good one bad is shorter life and good u can reach things on a high shelf

I know it's kind of your motto, no pain no gain. But I just wanted to say if you've ever stretched a lot and were very far down or whatever, and the next you are not nearly as far down, that means you overstretched. Just keep that in mind :)

Can any one tell me the purpose why this is good for your body? Leg holds, middle split etc. Why is it healthy?
Emilie S. Olsen It prevents you getting injured as much but other than that it doesn't have huge benefits. It just looks good for dancers or gymnasts

Emilie S. Olsen yes if you stretch your lower back, but posture is about strength in your back and stomach as well so you need to have a balance of flexibility and strength x

Were you naturally born able to do the splits ? If not, how long have you been practicing the splits for?
Madison Ostrowski she wasn’t naturally able to do it, but it didn’t take her long at all, she’s never really struggled with hamstring flexibility, but her hips and back weren’t naturally very flexible.
