Wonderful trick! It's funny... a lot of people are into vinyl these days for its sound, but when I think of vinyl, I think of that campfire sound that usually comes with it. Snap, crackle, pop! Just like people roll off the lows and highs to simulate an old timey radio sound, people use the campfire sound to simulate vinyl. I wonder what they'll do in the future to simulate our current digital file format. Probably compress the hell out of something and overhype the bass.

I feel like most of the new plugins/sounds that come out are nothing new. They are just dressed up in new or better gui. Everything has been invented/discovered already.
