    May I ask how much do your sticks weight? I train Kali but I think my sticks are too heavy...

      Axel Lexa thanks! I change sticks all the time and they’re all different in weight. I don’t go too heavy or too light.

      Yes it translates but, there are slight modifications to some of the empty hand movements
