This is good for people who already have a lot of experience, could you please show how to create something very basic? And show the whole keyboard so that Each button that is pressed is seen? Maybe more explanations of what each button that you're using does - why you are pushing them? I've been reading the manual and looking at videos, gosh this is a difficult instrument to navigate around. I still can't create my own basic 4/4 snare pattern, save and use my own phrase pads. I hope to eventually get there...
Hi, thaks for this very interesting video, but unfortunately the picture is so dark and the explanation is a bit fast, Please I would like you to explain me more about how to copy rhythm variation (V1) to location (V2), Thanks
Thanks for the great instruction video, this is the only place I've found that actually explains the quantization settings in the rhythm editor. Only 8th and 16th note values are referred to, but I assume the whole sequence goes: 1=off, 2=4th, 3=4th dotted, 4=4th triplet, 5=8th, 6=8th dotted, 7=8th triplet, 8=16th etc...
Thanks for the video I got the same keyboard really confused about how to make my own beat... Could you make another video please and donit slowly please and show how to make some raggae beat please
Hello man. Change the speed of this video from youtube settings to 0.75 and you will hear it fine. you can also turn subtitles on it may help if you find it hard to follow
Please explain how to create and well program the Fill-in, I can't do the initial crash on the next bars after the fill-in end, this works on the preset rhytms but not on the own created. When You are in edit function and want to see the values for example for quantization press the SET/FUNCION button and You will see the value like 1/16 - 1/8 etc and not only the number of preset!
@Chandler Holloway Is it possible to use a different number of measures for each variation? For example, use 4 measures for variations 1-3 and have a 2 measure phrase for variation 4. Or, when you select the number of measures for the first variation that you record does that number of measures then apply to each variation?
I have gone through this complete series of rhythm editing but still did not find my answer Currently I own a CTX 9000 IN I am trying to create a rhythm which involves instruments from 3 different kits. Instruments from 2 different kits can be managed by using Part 1 and 2, but if I want to overlay another instrument from kit 3, I am not able to find a way to do so. If I try to overlay on say Part 2 itself (where I have already punched in a few instruments from kit 2) with an instrument of kit 3, my existing recording gets modified to the tones of kit 3, which makes it nonsensical. Please someone let me know if this is a limitation of ctx 9000 in model?
@Shreyash Srivastava Hello there, interesting . I haven' t tried that yet. But I am sure 100% you ll find an answer on this if you visit the forum (more suitable to discuss and get other users attention than here ) .Visit Casiomusic forums at www.casiomusicforums.com/index.php?/forum/47-ct-x3000-ct-x5000

Can a specific instrument be removed or silenced from an auto accompaniment?

Hi Shreyash, I think you will have to edit a new Tone Kit in which all your necessary percussion instruments should be grouped.
