Helpful, though the times were way off from my experience. My chicken has been in the oven at 350°F for over an hour and still is not up to temperature. Maybe it depends upon the oven, but I'd recommend that if someone is doing this for the first time for a scheduled meal, be careful of the timing.
I left my small chicken in @ 350˚ for 25 minutes & it was barely warm. Next time I'm upping the temp to 375˚ for 25 minutes, still covered with little bit of water on the bottom & see how that works.
Love it thx
Great thanks
This is so funny because I literally just bought a whole cold rotisserie. I bought it to make chicken soup with . My daughter wants her soup lol. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

You are so welcome!
Those Sams Club rotisserie chickens are so good! I have a few cut up pieces of and in the freezer, now.
So good!
Thank you so much! It really does make it fall off the bone. So much that some fell unexpectedly into my wife's "over the shoulder boulder holders" (LOL)
Thank you for sharing this video!
I always had hit or miss success with reheating in the microwave since it seemed like one second too long turned a perfectly cooked chicken into leather.
☮️💖🙏
I so love your recipes so easy and simple but so so delicious. Your cooking makes sense... Blessings to you Tess.. From down under.. :}
Thanks so much
The chicken looks really juicy and delicious 😋
Your cool time total for it covered was 50 min or just 25? It seems like every time I do 25 it’s not hot enough
Kosher chicken for Giant- The Best!!
Just wondering if the chickens from your Sam's has a smoky taste? The reason I'm asking is that I had read that they use only Adolph's seasoning salt. I don't recall it tasting smokey.
Janine, No smokiness at all. They use Lawry's which is a nice mild seasoning.
@@TessCooks4u Maybe the recipe is different here in Texas but those chickens are smokey and amazing!
499? Good lord. Its 2024 watcjing this and not same price. Haha
Great advice. Thanks. But I’m wondering why you’d serve 2 carbs with the chicken? Just saying.
Because some people don't care about "2 carbs" .. many midwesterners were raised eating meat, potato and a vegetable for their supper meal.
Thought 25 minutes was far too long at 350 degrees. But I did as you said...
Chicken was burned. Dinner party was ruined. Want to thank you for that.
Hope you'll understand why I didn't subscribe.
