Thankyou madam for a very nice & informative video. I differ with you on few points. 1) it is not advisable to exercise (500steps) after food. When Digestion in progress, max blood flow will be to stomach, that's why we feel drowsy. 2) meditation before going to sleep will totally relax body & mind and we feel very fresh, rejuvenated and energetic. The sleep that comes after will be short lived, we get up middle of night very fresh. Best alternative will be to listen to soft/soothing music. 3) I suggest sit down & short-list your worries, tensions, problems before going to bed. Surprisingly answers will show by next day. Problem :-) is putting them to practice, needs will power and 4) Deep breathing increases energy levels and makes a person full of vigor. This may not contribute to sleep.

Male 7 hrs and female 8 hrs sleep necessary, physical exercise, yoga, swimming. Are good. Clean environment, warm and cool appropriately, Bio clock the regular hours, 500 steps walk after dinner are good. Breathing exercises are good. So"........hum ......breathing exercise help your peaceful sleep. Do not take any stress when you go bed. Take Patham oil around the eyes is good for sleep.

Thanx a lot Ma'am....really needful, encouraging and wise teachings....i personally feel students or employees of today are technically sound, hard working.But they lack Emotional Skills, dealing stress etc. Which ultimately brings down their productivity. You are really a best educator for us in this direction...Ma'am please continue such videos or workshops in cities so that Emotional teachings also become part of Study Curriculum of Youth of INDIA!!...may be you collaborate with govt to promote such teachings in schools/companies(just my humble suggestion)....myself preparing for Civil Services ma'am......Thx again for your precious guiding words

I moved all electronics from my room _ no TV, no battery clock, not even internet by keeping my phone in 2 or 4 rooms away. I find this has helped. A shower, clean night clothes and a clean bed. If it is not made fresh I cant sleep well and a very flat pillow. A prayer of gratitude rather than anger or worry helps.

In group discussion round in an interview every HR is different, there criteria for selecting candidates is very different. Do all the HR want people to be very different from others. Though we are following instructions and tips given by you we are trying to imprint them but I am not able to get through this freaking GD round.. I want to know how HR selects the candidate and on what criteria they are choosing candidates.
