I went and got these from the company store in beaverton today for my birthday, and HOLY these are comfy as hell. Literally feels like a more practical version of moon shoes from back as a kid. And god that colorway is so good.
I like them because they are so cutting edge pretty. Rolled ankles and popping bubbles are serious issues that shouldn't exist considering the high price point. I'd love to buy them but won't, thank you for this honest and informative review.👍👏
I said the same,I was soo pissed that they popped on me only few months in,I hardly wore them to begin with too,I swore i wouldnt buy another nike shoe...I have bought nike since, hahaha but the vapormax with the black and green bottoms looks sweet, and for 159.00 black friday sale...I gave them a shot...They seem more stronger and more stable while walking, and the regular uppers is a plus ,always felt the flynitt uppers on originals were soo crazy to not have any protection, basiclly a sock...so far so good,we shall see if these last..Im in a cold weather area and wonder if the cold sidewalks being frozen affects the air,or causes them to popp easier or the air leaks out somehow in cold weather like car tires do?
Just got a pair of the vapormaxes and they are amongst the most comfortable shoes that I have worn. I must say this as well I have a really hard time finding comfortable shoes.
You know, a lot of people say that. And driving too. I have climbed and gone down stairs, and have driven my car with 3 different vapormax plus and have had zero issues. To me it's just like any other shoe. 🤷♂️
i have the vapormax plus sunset. the thing i don't like about it is the plastic part. since you get to move freely and stretchy, the plastic part breaks easily.
I called em "ankle breakers" bc of how many times I hurt my ankle with these mostly when I jump (don't recommend for any gym activities like basketball)
I liked the flyknit version but for sure on for a felt unstable and like I was constantly walking around with cleats on and I personally didn’t like the tongue and collar on them Seems like they made some much needed improvements but I think they need to better improve the stability on the outside before I think about trying another vapormax
I have 2 pairs of fake VaporMax plus. They are the most comfy sneakers I ever worn. For 2.5 years I'm wearing tripple white color, I walked more in my fake vapormaxes than any other nike originals, and they still till this day its like brand new, only air sole is yellowed a little bit. I dont have problems with squeaky air sole, only in toalet floors. My second pair tripple red, is squeaky , but also comfy. They are reps, but sure they are better quality than my running nike sneaker collection, and my casual leather collection wich falls apart after 1+ years of use.
I also had the fakes but sold them because they made so much noise when I walked. Made it almost impossible to rob people. Just kidding but they made lots of noise like a horse walking around in New York
@@misham2563 My full white pair dont make any noise, only in toilette floors. My second pair in red color make noise like original vapormax. That is big flaw for vapormaxes regardless original or fake, they have same problem. Well I get used to noise in my second pair.

Have you ever came across a pair of Nike Air Dreams? They look so amazing. They are in the style of the 90's Air Max running trainers with an air bubble at the back showing that goes from the side all round the back of the trainer but here is what makes them an absolute dream and i don't know if this was actual shox or just for show but the front of the trainer had shox on the front gradually each one getting smaller as they reached the toe. In fact if you google them you can find them. I think they are real shox when you see the the soul of the trainer and not side on. There are 15 in total shox in variable sizes, from itty little bity ones to good decent sized shox supporting the entire front of the trainer. My issue is the sites i find them on have to be fake because they are sites that claim to have EVERY pair of NIKE in stock in all sizes and colours at prices that are waaaaayyy too good to be true, (no place in the world has every pair in existence for soetimes less than £100 when people are selling some for thousands they are that hard to get on scalper sites) i believed at one point they were so good to be true that the sites had photshopped these trainers. I mean come on Nike air MAX AND SHOX both in one trainer, that is insanely awesome! The think that makes me believe they could be real is that there are photos of worn looking pairs that are of in peoples homes instead of a phot shoot for advertisement. If you can find a genuine pair and get them man i would love to know how they are.
@AK Milli what size are you ? I’m thinking of copping a pair but don’t want to get the wrong size and not be able to return since I’m gonna be getting them from flight club and they have no returns. My tts is 10 1/2 I also have wide feet

Having owned a fair few pair of vapor max’s and fly knits is that they loose Buoyancy rather quick. Typically do 10k walking in them a day. Thats all. Have to purchase like 2-3 pairs a in a year. They disintegrate over tha time also. Amazing at first though just wish the air bubble technology was a lot tougher and that it would last a lot longer.
@@mxxiii2179 within first few months. Think its either 3-6 months. Anything beyond that and then they’re not liable for any pops. The shoe itself i.e. seams and so on maybe for another year or so. This is what I got told by Both Footlocker and JD Sports in the UK.
VM are just always extreme for everyone it seems like. Love or hate. Nike wants to make every model a VM. I *do* love the two pairs that I have. Flyknits are especially something special IMO. This Plus hybrid though I feel like shouldn’t exist. 😂 just the looks of it aren’t quite right to me. The extra layer is the opposite of what VM was supposedly meant to be in the first place too. All that being said, they certainly do come across as comfortable. Great video.
