Thanks! I may use that room, although another idea is to actually set up my lighting in the first location. That's where I normally film my videos, I just didn't set up my soft-box lighting.
I think he means how many could you do before this challenge, like when you were working out regularly. I had the same question too actually like when you were at your peak fitness what was your max pushup count in 1 set? I'm gonna start exercising more and get into better shape and start waking up earlier, thanks for the motivation! Tonight I'm going to set my alarm for 4:00 AM tomorrow and wake up when it starts ringing and get to work!!!! Recently my productivity has been through the roof, soon I'm gonna start uploading a lot more videos too :)
Ah! Now that you say that, I can see what he was asking. I was going to put this in the video but I didn't want it to turn into a video about my past. I never really did pushups, I was lifting heavy weight in the gym. I think the one time I did pushups during a workout i got about 45. I was pretty focused on compound movements so I can share that. I was pushing about 275lbs (125kg) on the bench. I never did a 1 rep max, but that's what I worked out with for about 5-6 reps.
I'll get into this more in the video next week. Day 2 was brutal. I could barely get out of bed. I was surprised that I was capable of any pushups at all that day. Spoiler alert! Day 2 I only got 54 push ups (If I remember correctly. Exact numbers next Friday)
