@ That kind of grotesque and yet divinely commanded or sanctioned stuff exists in the Holy Bible as well (particularly in the Old Testament). But obviously, today's more secularized Judaism and Christianity aren't what they used to be. I figure the same is true of Khabib's version of Islam unless he's given some indication otherwise.

I think Khabib is a great fighter but he ain’t the goat due to him not truly being tested in the LW division due to the fact that there are very few grapplers except for Oliviera who disappeared when Khabib showed up but in my eyes the goat is Jon Bones Jones here is why
Jon Jones had phenomenal wrestling like Khabib but unlike Khabib had the ruthless striking of Anderson Silva using leg kick and elbows to maul his opponent and then go for takedowns or trips and he conquered the LHW division for quite a long time and fought multiple dangerous opponents to defend the title which is in my opinion better Khabib and Jon Jones may not be undefeated but he grows from his losses like when he got disqualified for using an illegal elbow Jon Jones corrected himself which shows learning and growing
Even though he has done some shady things Jon Bones Jones is one of if not the greatest MMA artists of all time

@@---sw9ir Bro 29-0 is impressive but half the time he was fighting bums and evidence of that is when u look back his whole career he hasnt really changed while Kamuru Usman someone who like khabib is a great wrestler but overtime developed his striking to the point that he could threaten seasoned strikers at his level plus Khabib has never fought a BJJ fighter so we cant say for sure if we would be able to beat Oliviera the current LW champ and plus if hes so good why is he not at welterweight because Khabib is a natural welterweight it would make sense if he fought there but he fought at lightweight cause he knew he wouldnt be able to be champ there due to Usman Covington and Burns having grappling plus striking
TLDR: Khabib isn't as well rounded as the average person might see due to lack of striking half or more of his wins being against bums and not having changed during his whole career

After watching this I got to say Khabib is the definition of a real man. He reminds me of my grandpa and my dad and the old timers from the early 1900’s and further back that were men of their word. Nobody from that era was full of it like the guys/boys we have today. They were real men who when they said something they stood by it no matter what. We see very few real men these days but khabib is definitely a REAL MAN! I pray for him and his mom and family. Hopefully they can move past their grieving and his mom can grant him freedom to go and fight again. If not it’s perfectly fine but I just feel that khabib loves to fight and would want to keep proving himself until he couldn’t anymore.

This entire film was phenomenal! Edit: The ending had me crying man. This man was something special and someone to look up too, losing his father but staying to fulfill his promises only to retire for the love of his mother. Although I was McGregor at the beginning, just like everyone else but his behaviour got out of control and he lost his identity and his witty personality drifted away to became the opposite of a role model but not Khabib Nurmagomedov. I had him to win vs McGregor. I seen it as simple as, Eagles fly at great heights and barely touch the ground, that's not their level. They are above that. Khabib is the eagle I respect him so much for staying who is truly is, he never forgot his roots and made everything about respect. God bless from Ireland.

Dont forget , He had a weird conflicting situation against that last guy he fought. Notice he had the armbar but instead finished him with a choke. The armbar to finish someone was supposedly his dads favorite way to finish the fight. The reason for this is he didnt want to break his arm in front of his father and mother, because the man said he WOULD NOT TAP, so instead of risking that, he made a conscious decision to sleep him so that he would just wake up and be okay.... Not only was he amazing, but he had this in the moment IQ to be able to make a decision like this. Pretty amazing stuff. He just seems like he was a good dude.

Khabib's relationship with his father, you don't even need to see much video of the two of them to feel just how strong their bond was. When I found out he died, and Khabib cried right there on the mat, you can tell his father was in his thoughts the ENTIRE TIME. I cried for him, the outpouring of emotion was so genuine and you can see that fighting without his father weighed heavy on him. When the UFC guys say they want to get Khabib back for one more, and he reassures them he's done but they keep acting like they can still get him, they just don't understand. He cannot fight anymore after that. His whole career he fought with his father, and his last fight he fought to honor him and to say goodbye. It's beautiful. It's complete. There does not need to be any more to the story than than that. Khabib will retire as a legend and as the GOAT, and Abdulmanap will be remembered along with him, as he should be. I am inspired, hope one day I can have a bond with my son like that. I hope Khabib can now properly grieve his father's passing finds peace in this life. I hope Khabib's own children love him that much as well.

    • @jjcollura5664

I think he fights one more time. And one time only. Simply because it was his fathers wish to see his son go 30-0. That’s the only way i see it. The love and respect he had/has for his father was/is tremendous.
