Imagine a stock Supra sports car making 370hp, which is in supercar territory a decade ago. 😅👍
in today's standards, 370hp is nothing

@tha idealist nick is saying this stock 3.0L engine is making amazingly 370hp. In contrast, A45 is making 380hp from a 2.0L!

fair to say it makes the same power as the z4..
It's old news. The BMW Supra already known having higher HP figure than promoted and that's BMW way of advertising their cars. BMW always promote lower HP figure. Just pray they didn't fabricated emissions reports like VW did. They have higher figure than promoted but got caught for emissions testing where the ECU run a different mapping for emissions test with lower HP figure.

The BMW engine is already being tuned to over 700hp by some tuners. It won't be long until the idea of a 2JZ swapped new Supra will be dead and the BMW engine will take its place.

dont understand whats the hype..3000cc only making 340-370ps??.. a 6 year old M4 has about 430ps!
single turbo on the B58 and twin on the S55, pretty much 2 different classes.
Yeah.. Its a shame really that this gen Supra don't have twin turbo like the old does.. Pity

@@hasifaiman B58 is the single turbo while the (better version of the B58 with over 500hp)S58 is going to be twin turbo and has a 50/50 chance on being in the mk5.

Supra and BMW Z4 use the same engine, transmission and platform, so I buy Z4 is better then Supra.

Why do you feel that the Z4 is better? Just because it wears a BMW badge? Grow up man, one is for crusing and badge snobs and the other is for people who actually care about going around corners and tracks fast and actually enjoy driving. No losers just choose what you like and dont dis Supra...peace
Car wow did a race between the supra and the z4... it might make you change your mind dude.
Imagine calling the Z4 better when it cost 1/4 of the price more for a down tuned engine.
