Loving the consistency of the longer uploads! Makes me smile whenever I see real life friends post longer videos compared to shorts even if it’s their friends I’ve never met in person I discovered through them like I discovered you through Hayley! You seem like a bundle of joy and fun to be around Sarah + I took your idea of outtakes and used that concept in a cooking video! Keep being the inspiration that you are!
ive had wrist tendon damage myself for the past 4 months from bowling too much and ill share with you how i fixed it do 4 sets of 10 biceps curls really slow and controlled at a very light weight that reproduced little to no pain. no more than a 3/10 in terms of pain in a few days when youre pain/soreness free do it again but increase the weight slightly and repeat as often as youre able throughout the week im up to about 15lb bicep curls now with no pain when i started doing them with just my phone haha I can now bowl with no wrist pain! hope this helps!
I cant get the ten pin no matter what i do! Bought a plastic ball and i throw it like a strike shot! Drives me nuts! Prolly left 4-5 on monday morning, ive lost a lot of games because of that. Gotta practice alot
I am also rolling the sarge Easter grip due to a fracture in my wrist and I am relearning how to bowl more efficiently and comfortably. I am rolling a 12 lbs ball.its a work in progress
Dropping your shoulder is a bad habit. It causes you to either pull the ball inside your target or drop the ball outside your target. Makes it difficult to be consistent with hitting the target.
@@JohnIvoryMusic Back in the days when speed and revs were less important there were some technical reasons why some pros dropped their shoulders. The primary one was to set the ball down in the head oil instead of lofting it. That's become far less important with the volume of lane conditioner on modern patterns and with the lanes mostly being synthetic and therefore transitioning oil instead of absorbing it like wood lanes did.
I have found for myself that pushing the ball away to your target helps pick up corner pins especially with a spare ball. Also I hate the ten pin so I leave them alot but we named are team after it of f-ing ten pin
Loved this practice tutorial. Laughed my ass off, too. Tons of thanks Sarah & Brunsnick!!!

The Mics have a Yap Limiter, they shut off when you peak.

Thought dropping your shoulder was a good thing
it is, the idea is to release the ball next to your ankle, how do you do that without dropping it 😂
@@sarahbowls Bend your left knee. I know that's not easy for some people. I'm not judging.
