From what I heard the producer was planning to bring back shotaro and philp back but Philips actor now became a top star in Japan, his schedule is too packed till even 2022 and shotaro, he could have but then again like how he did returning as joker but, it's just isn't right for him to come back alone as double
So it's possible that gaia library scene was gonna incorporate philp instead till a later change to woz since both rider are themed with books and green I guess

While some sources say philp is no longer interested in rider stuff but yeah but then as u mention they were reunited in the magazine cover
But what we can actually confirm is Philip's actor popularity, for him being really young and shows good perfo3(he was 16-17 when acting in W) its obvious that many producer see the potential (he even gotten a role as shinpachi from the gintama live action movie)

When I was watching this movie seeing OOO, I was so happy to see Eiji back and miss Anhk too.
Am I that only one who cares that OOO and Drive even shared a scene together? Because:
1. OOO is my first Kamen Rider, and Drive is the first Rider of my adult life
2. Shinnosuke with "Another Eiji"
This movie totallly didn't make me cry alot. I was just busy cutting onions... alot of onions.

One missed win and sin
Win: this (I’ve read somewhere) is the first time we’ve seen Hibiki do a legitimate rider kick
Sin: this movie is a shit Double tribute, an ok Kuuga tribute and a wonderful Den-O tribute

This is also technically the first time Den O’s sword form has done a tradition rider kick. Apart from say the forced all rider kicks.

Yes, Hibiki never does a Rider kick in his own show or other movies besides this one, and maybe the All Riders vs Dai Shocker film. All of their finishers were music-themed and elemental.
And, that's mostly because their original plans for Kuuga and W cameos alongside the Den-O didn't fall through.

Honestly, every single time I think of that climax or that rain Transformation (in which I will go in a more personal approach), I always think of it as ''It doesn't matter if we're real or not!! Our purpose, Our beliefs... and the faith that the people have within us, all of those are real!!!... If we die? Then we'll go down being the protectors of humanity!! That's what a Kamen Rider is about!!!''
Which is why people in Japan will remember the riders since it defined their culture whether they’re fans or people who had a glimpse.

The final fight scene had some really cool groupings that, as I'm going backwards and watching more and more heisei series, I'm getting
Geim, OOOs, and Blade were the "Heros made Monsters"
555s, Kabuto, and Drive were the "Speedy Boys"
Hibiki, Wizard, and Ryuki were the "Hot Guys"
Kiba and Agito were the "Monsters made Heros"
Decade and Kuuga both got singular shots for being the first and last Phase 1 Heisei riders
HGF is a Love Letter to the heisei era and even though I've barely got seven series under by belt, I could feel that coming off of the movie. It's bittersweet to see the Heisei era riders come to a close but I couldn't think of a better sendoff than this movie.
I've not seen the movie from start to finish......but I've seen the climax plenty and I'll admit that seeing the arrival of the Riders and the reaction of the citizens to them...chokes me up just a little.
I haven't seen one of these in years. Dang man, nice to see something like this again
I think the reason for Woz entering the gaia library was because since toei couldn't get the actor for philip to return they had to improvise somehow.

Toei considers this movie to be non-canon to Zi-O...as the Den-O arc can attest to. But if that's the case, then how did Zi-O get the W and Kuuga RideWatches?

Till this day, I'm glad that Kamen Rider series are the part of my life.
This movie is definitely a nice farewell to the Heisei Riders. That final battle, I lost count on how many times I've watched it. My only problem is that some parts are very off.
The only reason I can think of is that Forever was meant to only have tribute to W and Kuuga. However, Toei was unable to get Masaki Suda back as Phillip, the script was changed to include Den-O at the last minute when they're able to get Takeru Satoh but was unable to rewrite some parts like Woz entering the Gaia Library. It also explains how the movie would become non-canon since it would clash with the Den-O tribute in Zi-O. Unless there is going to be a novel that explains everything, in my headcanon, a version of the movie happened where Sougo canonically gained the W and Kuuga Ridewatches.
Yeah some things do seem off. Another W randomly not having a user is weird and Ateru originally being him makes sense since it’s 2 minds in 1 body and explains how Another W would be the one case where another rider was corrupted from within and not a desire they wanted done. Obvious Gaia library meant to be done by Philip, Ateru supposedly being able to summon riders where W should have appeared and not another W, how they obtained the W ridewatch, time mazines randomly braking down that seemingly makes no sense, etc.
That being said though, having Den O be a part of it did make it more memorable for me. I don’t hate W, it’s one of my favorites, but W’s version of the message may have varied. The movie clearly seems to be set up where Philip and Shotaro would have played a heavy part of the movie, but for me having the legend rider not be a big part of the movie speaks more to me. Ateru is disillusioned of riders and his own reality to the point of destroying it himself. Having the actors for W around most of the film would have kinda ruined a bit of that message while having Satoh return only for the climax speaks more as they yeah they can’t exist with him, but if he never forgets them, then does it matter if they were real or not if they still help you move forward.

7:12 They also have the same color scheme (aside from the green on Faiz's helmet, blue on Kabuto's helmet and Drive's complete lack of yellow), just with the usage of each color swapped around a bit.
Not gonna lie this movie made me cry so much to the point I had to take a break. Kamen Rider is the reason why I want to get into the film and tv industry and pretty much do everything. I'm going to miss the hesisi era.

Yeah den o steals the movie for me. His parts are just amazing and seeing the original den o actor pop up and that long slow zoom in on him as he smiled was great. Seeing the imagins again and den os theme playing as he fought in front of the crowd was just amazing. They really paid a bunch of great attention to the Golden child of the hesei era and this movie was awesome.
When I first saw this show or if it's on the series it changed my life by watching more of these Riders we both have the same thing we love these Riders you have two characters wheel of the battles wheel of the transform wheel of the cameos all the franchise of it will still go on and make it better and this in the shows will still go on biggest came in Rider is one of your shows and that come is it at number two

They have the most coolest Heisei Kamen Rider merchandise that I have ever seen... And all I have is a Kamen Rider Ichigo Henshin Belt and three figurines of Kamen Rider Kuuga, Kamen Rider Skull and the Den-O Armor version of Kamen Rider Zi-O, which are still perfect to me but it's not much as those guys' collections. I really wish that I was lucky as those guys, I would have heaps of Kamen Rider merchandise everywhere in my room if I was lucky as those guys!

For people who don't instantly get it. When Kuuga appears, unlike the other Riders who announce their appearances, Kuuga remains silent. This is most likely due to the fact that there are two Kuuga(s) in Kamen Rider history. And that these Kamen Riders are memory manifestations brought to reality by the collective memories of the people. Therefore, this Kuuga is an amalgamation of both Kuuga(s). But I'm sure production wise, Kuuga is silent because there are two Kuuga(s), and they didn't want to offend one over the other.
