Too many variables to all keep in line, I mean you have Caroline’s essence and a part of her combined with raw computational power which thus is what GLaDOS is, that combined with her own sentience and her hatred of the scientists trying to keep a leash on her and not letting her develop on her own and then stick personality cores injecting her with voices and of course she’s going to go insane and turn vengeful and evil.
