When I first started watching Rob, I was like, “this guys great, he reminds me of Harry Hill” now I have to say that’s changed. Now when I watch Harry Hill I’m like “this guy is great, he reminds me of Rob” Great work mate, you’re better than Harry Hill, in my eyes, top bloke!
The first time my friend played Skyrim and told me that he beat it. He asked me what else there was to do once the Civil War was finished. I told him that wasn't the main quest. He didn't know what to think. Never had he played a game with side quests that large.
Oh man did it blow his mind more and more when he slowly realized how many side quests were that large? I've played so much of Skyrim and yet every time i go back i always find a quest (With some unique artifact) that I didn't know about before which always blows me away.
Rugged Writer, that's how he is now too. He becomes obsessed with it for months. He even includes telling me back story for his characters. I tell him that he needs to play DND with one of our other friends.
@@ruggedwriter4770 just think of all the faction quests... Even if he does not own a single DLC he will be busy enough with the darn annoying brotherhood questline, not to talk about the daedric quests
Nier: Automata, it was kind of expected for anyone who had played other Drakengard games, or the original Nier, but the whole 5 real endings thing was pretty cool and unexpected. Especially how everything led you to believe the game was all about 2B, and that the first ending was pretty much the whole game.
Castlevania Symphony of the Night. You explore the entire castle, collect all the weapons and armor, beat all the bosses, get to the final boss, beat him and get the bad ending. And the only way to get the good ending is equiping an item you dont even know exists, attack a floating ball that you can only see with said item and then go through the entire castle again, only this time upside down and harder, beat more bosses, beat the "real" final boss, beat the REAL final boss and only then can you get the REAL ending. Its a great game but holy____ is it convoluted.
Far Cry 3, where they build a relationship with vaz. And then you kill him and you are like: "well, thats the game. Good one Ubisoft." Well, here's another island for you and you are only halfway through the game :)
maerz100 I was pretty disappointed by that actually. Vas was an awesome villain that i was super invested into since he screwed you over pretty bad. Then it's like "oh, he's dead".
Good list. Nier: Automata could have also been on it, since it does the fake end thing twice. The Witcher 3 also sort of does this, as I was fully expecting the Battle of Kaer Morhen to be the final battle since there was all the build up going on.
Yes, twice. First after you play as 2B and get the eding A and the game continues from there, with more story content. And then for the second time after you play as 9S and get the ending B and the game once again continues from there with more story. I didn't count the next ones as fake endings (at least not in the way discussed in this video) because after you play the third part and get either ending C or D, there isn't really any more story content left other than the ending you didn't get (C or D) and ending E, both of which you can get in about ten minutes by using the level select feature. (I also didn't include the joke endings because they are, well, jokes).
Okami was one of these games i just knew i would love, but never got around to play, cause the shelf is a such nice place to just let games stay forever But got it on the ps4 some days ago, and finally played and finished it. btw i was right, i loved it!.
Espenino You're lucky. I got to play it on the ps2 and then bought it for the ps3 (digital HD remaster), I had 100% it on ps2 after many playthroughs so I was burned out a bit by the time I finished my only playthrough on the ps3. Unless I find it really cheap I think I'll pass on the ps4 version
I definitely still remember Okami. I picked up a slight hint that maybe there's more to the game because beating Orochi is how you get your FIRST sword weapon, plus you still have only about half of your brush powers.
Actually Caius from FF13-2 does destroy the world as we know and it actually won against the heroes before the Lightning Returns story rolls around, but Kefka will always be the guy who set the standard.
When i saw the name of the feature the first game to come to mind was dragon quest 8. You forgot to mention the part where when you finaly beat the last boss and the credits end you see a cutsceen of a monolith flashing. Then when you continue your team mentions they all had the same dream. And another story opens up where you get to find out where you were born, why you were the only one not effected by curses, and long story short you get an even happyer ending. Watching prince charmless cry when you get to marry the princess instead of him was blissfull.
TheBaldGamerXD, ryan thompson -- actually, without spoiling it for ryan, it's like this: Route *A* = The Main Quest (+many many optional Side Quests). That unlocks the option to go for the *True* *Ending* E :)

First game that came to my mind by reading the title was Dragon Quest VIII. But I was almost sure that you wouldn't include it, since it game out of my personal memories and the game is somehow already old now and not that well known in the West. I was pleasanlty surprised to see that you included it, much props to that!
Same! I thought I had beaten the game (one of the first Playstation games I've had next to FF VII and Dynasty Warriors). I was a little bit disapointed that Shaft was the "final boss". Somehow about a year after I had "beaten" the game, I came back to it (I think it bugged me that I haven't had found all the hidden areas of the map) and found out that there's a whole other (well, inverted) castle to explore!!!
Especially since if you pay attention to the map percent- the normal map can get you up to 100%, and if you venture into inverted castle it can accumulate up to 200%
Dragon's Dogma was this. all you have to do is kill a dragon simple. they even play what your suppose to believe is the end credits. you even return home to your love ones. but then something else happens.
thought when Vass was killed in Far Cry 3 that it was going to be the end and it was just a pretty short game but no they threw out the poster boy for the entire game and made us take out his “Boss” that wasn’t even mentioned until afterwards
The first time this ever happened to me was the ever memorable ‘Lunar: Silver Star Story’. You ‘kill’ the final boss and go to get your girl and bam! She pulls a dark goddess power-up and citadel summon and hey you remember that boss you killed? Yeah you killed his body double. And the real boss then proceeded to slap you down like an unruly toddler and set the tone for the real final level.
What about *Castlevania: Symphony of the Night* ?! Also: *Nier: Automata* !!! Is it over? - No! Play it again! Is it over now? - No!! Play it again!! But now, now it's over, right?! - NO!!! PLAY IT AGAIN!!! Now? - Play it again and AGAIN AND again aNd AgAiN and...
Yeah, I feel sorry for 95% of players who originally played that game and didn't unlock the upside down castle. There's no indication you could achieve that or anything. It's brilliant how they invert the castle, but idiotic that most players wouldn't even realize they could unlock a second castle. Poor game design element, but it's still a fantastic game. The best Castlevania by far (in my opinion).
I remember looking at the map that came with FFVI and wondering how the World of Ruin was going to play into it. I had no idea it would be the destruction of the world. I thought they would travel to the past during the War of the Magi.
Banjo Kazooie, I thought it was all done and then that stupid witch challenges you to a fight that has a difficulty completely at odds with the relative easy ness of the rest of the game!
Dragon's Dogma would've been a game I'd put on the list. After you killed the big bad dragon, go back to your sweet city who should be awaiting your victory but instead [SPOILER] the world has gone to hell.
I was wondering if others thought of this. what are you talking about the world looks fine. just fine not that full filling prophecy is going to cause more evil to come out of the woods.
Alien Isolation should be on this list. Several times I thought "this must be the end now" - Nope. Not even half way. By the end I just didn't believe it until the credits. It got me so many times. And then I still had the DLC to play through!
Any Tales games but two in particular: Tales of Zesteria - where during the final dungeon they always do a huge "This is the final battle" speech only to find out you still have another 10 rooms to go through, theeeen repeat. Tales of Graces F - where you finish the game only to find out there's even an after story that follows straight after the final battle.
Bayonetta. Once you kill Father Balder, you send Cereza home, Bayonetta and Luka have the silent 'I love you, you love me too' moment in the sunset, everything is wrapped up. Except nope. Father Balder survived getting shot through the head, somehow, and you have to motorbike your way up a statue, and fight a literal goddess. Then after you beat her, by summoning the Queen of Inferno and falcon punch her soul into the sun, you're on the crumbling body. The credits start to roll. Somber music starts to play. Except nope. Jeanne shows you exactly what she thinks of your expectations of the game ending, and you have to destroy the body while flying in space now. After this happens, it seems Bayonetta died. Everyone came for the funeral, Luka brought rosemary flowers, everyone is sad. Except nope. Angels come, Bayonetta pops out of the casket, and you kill loads of angels and replay various parts of the game during the credits. NOW, the credits have rolled, you have a 'The End' moment, everything is over. Except nope. You get a mega sexy 4 minute dance from Bayonetta to amazing, jumpy music.
*Spoilers for Persona 5 below* I’m really surprised that Persona 5 wasn’t on this list. If I’m not mistaken, doesn’t Rob adore it? Also, the game sets up the damn prime minister that ruined your life as the final boss, then it was like HA NO THE TWISTED DESIRES OF THE GENERAL POPULACE IN THE FORM OF A GIANT CHALICE IS THE FINAL BOSS and then the game was liKE NO THE FINAL BOSS IS THE GNOSTIC GOD OF CREATION AND ORDER!
No other FF villain has succeeded in destroying the world? SPOILER ALERT ---------- Um.. Caius Ballad would like a word with you Rob. Also Caius went further. He destroyed the entire universe.
Brian Beatty Well, that wasn't actually his primary goal and could very well be actually caused by Yeul, whose continued existence marked his mission a complete failure, it wasn't success of any kind.
Hahahahaha nice MG Stupid easter egg there... took a long time Dave... HA! I would give an honorable mention to freaking Liquid Snake. "It's not over yet!". And he did that for three whole games of the franchise... man!
One of my favourite games' ending 'The Witness' simply takes you right back to the start and reverts everything back to how it was when you began the game. Particularly annoying as I still had exploring to do, so I reverted to the last save point before I completed (reset) the game.
Dan Morris I don't know what game you've played but, when I got through dark souls for the first time I had a HARD time because I never did demon souls so I didn't know what to expect. Took me sooo much hours just to get to anor londo that I thought the game was almost over 😅
Oh no I had a hard time to, but I think Anor Londo was pretty early on in the game, was it not? Of course, Dark Souls had many optional locations you could go to first, so maybe I just ended up there before others.
Metal Gear Solid 4, you beat the boss, have a finale cut-scene, think it's done and then there's like 40 more minutes of cut-scenes, then the credits roll and you're feeling good, but then it's like here have one more 30 minute cut-scene that explains everything in the series. (For the record . . . I loved every bit of this process)
Yep, especially as in Persona 2: Innocent Sin the apparent main villain was defeated on 66% mark and after that we got to fight futuristic Nazis and Lovecraftian horrors. Good times!
wanted to play okami on ps2 back in the day but my backlog of ps2, gamecube, og xbox, pc, gba, and ds games prevented me from doing so. Bought the hd version last year on ps3 for like $5 and never played it. (backlog ofc) bought okami hd on ps4 and I haven't even cracked the seal. Same thing with DQ8 on ps2 and nintendo 3ds, best game I never finished. Well at least I beat MGS 1,3,4 , & 5, FF6, and Red Dead Redemption. (hell I even beat Red Dead Revolver on ps2)
Heck, nearly all the "Tales of" games tend to pull this, starting with the very first! "Congratulations on beating Dhaos in the past and present, avenging your village! Now we're going to have you kill his FUTURE self, too!"
Nier: Automata - How many times do you need to play through it? Fallout 4 - I still don't know if I've finished it. I sided with the institute. Destroyed the railroad. The brotherhood of steel is gone. I haven't seen any end credits. I was just wandering around aimlessly and have now upgraded with the GOTY edition so at least now I have far harbour and all the other DLC to play. Did I miss something earlier?
Not sure which one but I think it was Hitman: Blood Money where, for the final level, you were at 47's funeral and the credits rolled. You had to move the sticks to wake him up and then kill the last target. But if you did nothing the game would just end normally. That is still one of my favorite uses of that technique.
To those who have deep depression here is a solution. 1: Be positive 2: eat delicious food 3: cook by yourself 4: watch funny cartoons or good anime 5: help the poor by giving them food or a bit of money 6: solve some puzzles 7: play good video games 8: talk with good people 9: don't think that you are alone we are around you 10: forget the bad things and focus on what is right 11: be happy and make others happy 12: we are all humans we do mistakes sometime so you are not the only one 13: there are very good people who care about you so don't worry 14: read some good comics and books 15: Take some good pills that can reduce the illness from a good doctor with a deep advice 16: take a walk and look around you look at the trees and animals sit around beautiful environment and take a deep breath (( Relax and be happy)) Enjoy the life in a good way and be happy
This is all well and good, but this comment is a bit out of place, innit? I mean the video is about times u got played by the game into thinking said game was over, when *plot twist* it wasn't, not about depression, right?
In my opinion, this is the best visual novel ever. It starts of a little slow, but after 1-1,5 hours becomes really good.(and its free, so u can just download it and uninstall if u got bored.)
Great list! I would have added the first dishonored game, when you are betrayed after having killed the spy chief, as well as the witcher 3, when the wild hunt escapes kaer morhen thanks to Ciri...
Simen Amundsen yea but lots of people came to Nier for the first time with this game and it's simply mind-blowing. Sure maybe you'd think oh I gotta play through it multiple times, but then you start as a new character and then the third playthrough you continue the story all together and THEN the true ending the credits literally stop and reform into a minigame to get the real ending. Should have been number 1 no question
I’m still rewatching all the old friday episodes and this is another great video that could be remade with some other games, I immediately thought of control again for this!
I would add Castlevania: Symphony of the Night to the list because, really, you beat Dracula and then NOPE, there is the WHOLE CASTLE UPSIDE DOWN for you.
Suggestion for a future feature. Best dogs in games. You got Sif (dark souls), d-dog (mgsv), chop (gta5), the dog in dq8, there's one in cod, and more I'm sure. Please Rob, I've done most of your work already.
How about ‘ 7 video game life savers ‘ . For example, the restoration magic in skyrim. The ledge grab in platforming games. Uppercutting in mortal kombat, or Lu Kangs fire ball. Spinning attacks against mobs. ?? Huge fan btw!!
How about Kid Icarus: Uprising? You've just beaten Medusa with the sacred gear only reserved for the biggest baddies, when Hades just rips through the end credits like "Waddup Pit? You gotta fight ME now!"
That bit in WWE '12 when credits roll and then Kevin Nash appears as the main villain of the "Road to Wrestlemania" Final Chapter. That got me when I first played it. He actually says: "Surprise!!!...
I was so sad when I reached the Orochi battle and Moon Cave in Okami, because I just did not want it to end. My joy at finding out there was more to it was overwhelming. I hadn't been able to play it in years-- meaning I couldn't finish it-- because the system I had it on broke for no reason whatsoever. Thank you, Okami HD, for making my life much happier.
I know it’s a random question but what is that statue on there shelf next to the dark souls one infront of Lara craft and does anyone know where to get the life size vigor ?
Most extreme example I've ever seen: Wild ARMs. It was a small game from a company I'd never heard of and I'd done everything on the back of the box, encountered everything from the opening cutscene, and completed a satisfying story arc when I beat Mother, the big bad alien mother in her techno-drome. It wasn't a very long RPG, but it wasn't surreally short, and it'd hit every point. Buuut actually that's about a QUARTER of the way into the game. Not half. A quarter.
Rune Factory is my favorite game series, and they generally don't end when it's over. But Rune Factory 4 ended 5 times, 5 times. By the end of the first 2 you think " Surely, surely it's over", nope 5 endings. After that you're pretty much just waiting for the next story cutscenes. Great games, great video.
BioShock Infinite kind of did the same thing. Kill comstock in, not a fight, but a very dramatic and surprisingly satisfying way. Now do a "Defend the point" segment so you can be even more confused and have your "What the hell?" vibe turned up to 11 once you get to the ending.
How about the battle at Kaer Morhen in the Witcher 3, you gather up all your allies after saving Ciri from the Isle of Mists and then the Wild Hunt appear at the Witcher’s Keep, you battle them and it feels like the end because it is a massive and intense battle, but there were still more quests to come.
There’s also that secret Eto Chapter in Gravity Rush 2 even after the credits roll. Still need to finish the Hekseville Chapter, though, before I spoil more.
Warrior Within !!! That was the best plot twist ever when the Prince discovers that by killing the empress of time, .. You play to find out the rest ..
When I first started watching Rob, I was like, “this guys great, he reminds me of Harry Hill” now I have to say that’s changed. Now when I watch Harry Hill I’m like “this guy is great, he reminds me of Rob”
Great work mate, you’re better than Harry Hill, in my eyes, top bloke!

Call of Duty: Black Ops III
I only mention it cause that’s what I’m working on now. Trying to get 100% trophies...

The final villain's arc was roughly 20% of the game, and thank god for that because he was a lame villain compared to Vas.

ari nath where?
Kingoftheuniverse 800 Post credits scene
Nier: Automata anyone?
That was definitely my first thought as well.
Exactly! I'm currently playing the third story chapter where I'm playing between A2 and 9S. Just how many chapters are there?
Shawn Benjamin A lot!
Shawn Benjamin About 7 or something
Same, still haven't gotten the ABCs of endings that is that game.

odudi just what I was looking for
The dark zone I think it was called
But ya, I was thinking dragon quest 8, Castlevania symphony of the night and star ocean till the end of time
My most recent experience was with Neir Automata, where I learned that each playthrough is like a COMPLETELY new game!!
TheBaldGamerXD How long was it sounds like a good game
ryan thompson About 7 hour's for me the first time :D it's an amazing game highly recommended
TheBaldGamerXD il check it sometime

thisusernamenowtaken What the actual f***
Castlevania Symphony of the Night DESERVED an entry here.
Nier Automata? It's like the ultimate game for this
To be completely honest, NIER was better at this than the second one, mainly because we all expected the second one to have it.
MGSV had the opposite effect on me
"Oh wow I'm so invested I wonder what's gonna happen ne- oh it's finished..."
JackSpad3s always wondered how ch 3 woulda went
Final Fantasy XIII. Here I was, thinking killing Dysley on the Palamecia was it, but as it turns out...

Resident evil 7 when we got out of the Baker's house, saved Mia, and then....SHIIIIIPPPP!!!
AoGust tru
You rly thought that's it? You had no idea what and why it was happening all the game. And cut? I would be pretty angry if it was the case.
Michal Merda Might've just been a set up for a new series of games though, leaves loose ends to be filled
oh yeah the flashback where you played as mia.
On the MG tally shot, I was really expecting Dave to say "Kept you waiting, uh?"
Every time they announce Dark Souls DLC.
They just announced Dark Souls Remastered, guess you gotta do it all over now!
Hijynx87 I saw the trailer for that and omg I'm so getting it
Get ready for more jolly corporation! We now can summon more phantoms!
for consoles i guess ?
Destiny too . . . Each time a DLC drops, a new big villan appears and you loose all access too other content like regular crucible until you buy the next $30 coat of paint over the same Damn thing
Honorable mention for _The Legend of Dragoon_ when you fight Emperor Doel at the end of Disc 1.
. . .
Remember the days of multi-disc RPGs?
I feel silly for it now, but I remember thinking I was done with Resident Evil 3 when I repaired the clock tower bell. Then, Nemesis blows up the rescue chopper with a rocket. Blew my mind at the time.
Jay Stringfield Yeah, later you'll now it isn't over still you've unambiguously beaten every major enemy mentioned.
First game that came to my mind by reading the title was Dragon Quest VIII. But I was almost sure that you wouldn't include it, since it game out of my personal memories and the game is somehow already old now and not that well known in the West. I was pleasanlty surprised to see that you included it, much props to that!
Rob, I've been wondering. Which MGS is your least favourite?
I'm surprised Suikoden II is not on this list. The battle with Luca Blight has the hallmarks of a final boss battle.
Surprised not to see Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. The Inverted Castle was the ultimate "but wait...there's more."
Same! I thought I had beaten the game (one of the first Playstation games I've had next to FF VII and Dynasty Warriors). I was a little bit disapointed that Shaft was the "final boss". Especially since if you pay attention to the map percent- the normal map can get you up to 100%, and if you venture into inverted castle it can accumulate up to 200%
@ me4tgr1ndr: Actually, you can get up to 200,6% map completion ;)
The castlevania series does that a lot though with good ending and bad endings the game boy and nds versions have it.
Dragon's Dogma was this. all you have to do is kill a dragon simple. they even play what your suppose to believe is the end credits. you even return home to your love ones. but then something else happens.
Friday feature idea:
7 most satisfying moments in gaming.
one of them could be getting a perfect stealth kill.
thought when Vass was killed in Far Cry 3 that it was going to be the end and it was just a pretty short game but no they threw out the poster boy for the entire game and made us take out his “Boss” that wasn’t even mentioned until afterwards
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Totally felt the pleasure of beating the game. Found out months later that I barely scratched the surface.
Alien: Isolation: every time you thought you killed the aliens
Banjo Kazooie, I thought it was all done and then that stupid witch challenges you to a fight that has a difficulty completely at odds with the relative easy ness of the rest of the game!
Dragon's Dogma would've been a game I'd put on the list. After you killed the big bad dragon, go back to your sweet city who should be awaiting your victory but instead
[SPOILER]
the world has gone to hell.
I was wondering if others thought of this.
what are you talking about the world looks fine. just fine not that full filling prophecy is going to cause more evil to come out of the woods.
I'm playing through for the first time and just had this carpet pulled out from under me.
Alien Isolation should be on this list. Several times I thought "this must be the end now" - Nope. Not even half way. By the end I just didn't believe it until the credits. It got me so many times.
And then I still had the DLC to play through!
Symphony of the Night's upside down castle.
Seriously, I thought that was the most famous time that's happened in gaming.
I agree. This game should take the trophy for this.
No nier automata??
Maybe its still recent and they don't want to spoil it?Honestly, that final ending should be experience without knowing anything about.
*Spoilers for Persona 5 below*
I’m really surprised that Persona 5 wasn’t on this list. If I’m not mistaken, doesn’t Rob adore it? Also, the game sets up the damn prime minister that ruined your life as the final boss, then it was like HA NO THE TWISTED DESIRES OF THE GENERAL POPULACE IN THE FORM OF A GIANT CHALICE IS THE FINAL BOSS
and then the game was liKE NO THE FINAL BOSS IS THE GNOSTIC GOD OF CREATION AND ORDER!
Antares Mage he probably didn’t add it since the game is still fairly fresh
I don't think Shido was president though. I think he won the prime minister election?
OpticaL 811
Ah right it’s prime minister isn’t it? I’ll edit that in. Thanks.
Trust me, your room is never clean and tidy to the standards your mother expects.
No other FF villain has succeeded in destroying the world?
SPOILER ALERT
----------
Um.. Caius Ballad would like a word with you Rob. Also Caius went further. He destroyed the entire universe.
Sorry. No FF villain who *actually counts* -Rob
Yay Rob replied to my comment. And Caius does count, you (insert bleep noise here)!
PlayStation Access 😎
Don't matter. They replied. Yay.
Brian Beatty Well, that wasn't actually his primary goal and could very well be actually caused by Yeul, whose continued existence marked his mission a complete failure, it wasn't success of any kind.
World of Final Fantasy.
Ask Hollie if you want details, it’s pretty cool so I’m not gonna spoil it.
Dark souls when I got to anor londo: "this is the last area, for sure!".
Here's the other half of the game 😅
You've never finished it, have you
It's ok I didn't either
Ethan Williams I did, multiple times! And it's one of the best games I've ever played :)
But you get to Anor Londo after only a couple hours of playing. :P
Damn No Persona. There are 30+ hours of extra content hidden through the true endings, especially P4G and 5
Yep, especially as in Persona 2: Innocent Sin the apparent main villain was defeated on 66% mark and after that we got to fight futuristic Nazis and Lovecraftian horrors. Good times!
Vohaul86 Well, some kind of gods always seem to get pissed at you, at least Nyx had the decency to challenge you unambiguously.
"Shot, right in the first person" LOL I enjoyed that line.
wanted to play okami on ps2 back in the day but my backlog of ps2, gamecube, og xbox, pc, gba, and ds games prevented me from doing so.
SpawnOnYoMom why not MGS2? Also, Ōkami is great.
I still remember that moment in Final Fantasy VI... I was floored, couldn't believe it. One of the greatest games I've ever played.
Tales of Symphonia pulled this twice in the same game
The title is so *damn good*

Dragon's dogma? When you kill the dragon that stole your heart, then the whole world somehow becomes worse than it was.
Because he was a balancing device your supposed to become the next dragon when it won
Not sure which one but I think it was Hitman: Blood Money where, for the final level, you were at 47's funeral and the credits rolled. You had to move the sticks to wake him up and then kill the last target. But if you did nothing the game would just end normally.
That is still one of my favorite uses of that technique.

solution nr 1
seek professionel help asap
Thomas Herzog i know i should put some good pills that can help but of course from a doctor with a deep advice
This is all well and good, but this comment is a bit out of place, innit? I mean the video is about times u got played by the game into thinking said game was over, when *plot twist* it wasn't, not about depression, right?
Thx for the advice tho
Rob you are so entertaining and my Fridays aren't complete without your Friday features
Doki Doki Literature Club
Boring rip-off of a better Japanese VN
acex222
Just monica
Is it actually good or just a meme ?
In my opinion, this is the best visual novel ever.
It starts of a little slow, but after 1-1,5 hours becomes really good.(and its free, so u can just download it and uninstall if u got bored.)
Great list! I would have added the first dishonored game, when you are betrayed after having killed the spy chief, as well as the witcher 3, when the wild hunt escapes kaer morhen thanks to Ciri...
No nier automata? Really?
Damian Baragiola Maybe because alot of people knew there was going to be multiple endings and playthroughs going in
Everyone with a shred of experience with the original NEIR or Drakengard would be already be fully aware of the multiple ending concept of the game.
Delsin's back! Now am definitely going to like the vid
Can't we all just finally agree that "Liberi Fatali" destroys "One-winged Angel?"
never!
Stone_Effigy Sorry but nah!
Nope
Hell yeah, I'm with you dude ;P
Stone_Effigy What's Liberi Fatali!?
MGS notice board scene and Delsin in one video, best video to date! I am rooting for you Delsin, become the new friday feature host!
Persona 4 also does this albeit 3 times
I’m still rewatching all the old friday episodes and this is another great video that could be remade with some other games, I immediately thought of control again for this!
Yeah I figure u would come delsin
I would add Castlevania: Symphony of the Night to the list because, really, you beat Dracula and then NOPE, there is the WHOLE CASTLE UPSIDE DOWN for you.
Um... Castlevania SOTN?!!!!
Suggestion for a future feature. Best dogs in games. You got Sif (dark souls), d-dog (mgsv), chop (gta5), the dog in dq8, there's one in cod, and more I'm sure. Please Rob, I've done most of your work already.
Every time a new DLC sized quest mod comes out for Skyrim.
How about ‘ 7 video game life savers ‘ . For example, the restoration magic in skyrim. The ledge grab in platforming games. Uppercutting in mortal kombat, or Lu Kangs fire ball. Spinning attacks against mobs. ?? Huge fan btw!!
Using the mystery box and getting a laser gun
Uncharted 4
I gotta admit, when I first read the title I immediately thought of ghouls and ghosts, and castlevania symphony of the night.
How about Kid Icarus: Uprising? You've just beaten Medusa with the sacred gear only reserved for the biggest baddies, when Hades just rips through the end credits like "Waddup Pit? You gotta fight ME now!"
Trunk Slamchest ain’t that a 3DS exclusive though, this channel is for PlayStation
DEADPOOL ah fair enough, I thought I saw some non PS games on here a few times, guess I was wrong :)
Trunk Slamchest if a non PlayStation exclusive is shown its a multiplat
That bit in WWE '12 when credits roll and then Kevin Nash appears as the main villain of the "Road to Wrestlemania" Final Chapter. That got me when I first played it. He actually says: "Surprise!!!...
Gravity Rush 2? Anyone?
Said the same thing
Yea i was gonna mention that i was like wait this aint the actual ending to the game WTF
I was literally just about to ask where the puppet revenge story had gone and then BAM at the end. Well done. ^^
Nier: Automata!
It's 10 MLN views of Friday Features! CONGRATS ROB!!!!
Persona 5
I was so sad when I reached the Orochi battle and Moon Cave in Okami, because I just did not want it to end. My joy at finding out there was more to it was overwhelming. I hadn't been able to play it in years-- meaning I couldn't finish it-- because the system I had it on broke for no reason whatsoever. Thank you, Okami HD, for making my life much happier.
nier automata it does it 3-4 times :P
I know it’s a random question but what is that statue on there shelf next to the dark souls one infront of Lara craft and does anyone know where to get the life size vigor ?
It's pronounced, (oh-ro-chi).
Donovan Soule I'm learning Japanese and he is pronouncing it right, but every time rob mis pronounces amaterasu or ryu saddens me
Tsuyu-chan!
Not half. A quarter.
How is Nier not on the list?
Rune Factory is my favorite game series, and they generally don't end when it's over. But Rune Factory 4 ended 5 times, 5 times. By the end of the first 2 you think " Surely, surely it's over", nope 5 endings. After that you're pretty much just waiting for the next story cutscenes. Great games, great video.
"the only villain who successfully destroyed the Earth"...
Uhm... What about Zinyak? SAINTS ROW 4LIFE!
at the time of video game release I guess but now everybody doing it including heroes.
Joey Vellestra We don’t talk about saints row four. Never.
Rob is why I love PlayStation Access
Warrior Within !!! That was the best plot twist ever when the Prince discovers that by killing the empress of time, .. You play to find out the rest ..
