Praying for healing in your church and for a renewed Spirit in the body there. It is evident God is already at work there. Praying for BC too. That God uses this time too touch his life and free him from the sin that we find ourselves so easily entangled in. I pray for him a renewed Spirit and a renewed heart and that he knows God loves him as much as any of us. Agape.
Christians do fall in sin, that is why Christ died on the cross, to forgive us when we ask for forgiveness with a heart of repentence. Not all will fall to adultery, but some do. Be careful not to sound like the perfect one, we all need grace, we are all sinners who need Jesus Christ, praise His name!
Just a passing thought..........it is truth that not only "mega churches" are the prey of satan and his destructive hand. Small churches; unknown Pastors and Ministers also can just as easily fall. Praying for Bob and all other Leaders and folks in the public eye (no matter how small) that they might be restored in their relationship with Christ.

Matthew 7:13-14 says basically that most people, when they die, go to hell and a minority of people go to heaven. I learned that listening to a sermon Bob Coy gave in the late 90's. If I ever hear of a movement in the Christian community for men to all get vasectomies and women to get their tubes tied...in essence, for all people to stop making babies to beat god at his own sick little game I will go to Calvary Chapel and even pray to their imaginary friend.
There is alot of negative reviews on this page. Everyone is born in sin. No one is without sin. Our purpose is to rebuke in love, restore in love and repent. What would Jesus do? He would renew, restore and forgive without question. He is without sin cast the first stone. No one is without sin even as a believer. That is why we have the Holy Spirit to guide us. We are to pray for souls, not unrighteous judgement. Everyone will stand before the judgement seat of Christ(for believers) for every right and wrong thing that we say and do. Be careful of your words and actions. Unbelievers will answer to God too (Great White Throne). Remember the day when you were a sinner and God came into your life?? We forget why Christ died for ALL.!! We need to go back to our first love.....Jesus Christ.
yes i agree everyone sins...i have told people over the years that there's a huge accountability when you get into ministry . they never count the cost...he is a epic failure to his church...they should of know something about this man
First of all no man is without sin,So we have a pastor that is well loved and preaches the word of GOD in a way that anyone can understand,.. with GOD leading him Pastor Bob starts a church in a funeral home and builds it to a mega church that had over 15,000 visitor per.week,now he admits to his sin steps down from his position and the thanks from the board of Calvary church that he gets is no forgiveness.We are putting someone else right away in your position no second chances at calvary chapel...Wow, those board members need Christ in their life.
Obviously Bob Coy failed to teach you the qualifications of a Pastor. He also failed in his responsibilities to you as his flock. He abused you. You were just the mask he used to do his dirty deeds behind. If he abused children that makes Bob Coy a criminal.
My son used to server there,,,last Sunday ,,some guys ask the kids. To marching like soldiers,,then ask the kids bible questions if they don't know the answer the punishment the kids. With push ups ,,,,ten. Like in the army ,,,,u hmmm very weir
